This is literally just Chili’s... a little misleading in my opinion

I arrived to pick up a to-go order....let them know I was there. No one came out with my order. After several minutes waiting, I finally had to go inside to get someone to help. We had ordered 2 salads. The Boneless Buffalo Chicken Salad was terrible.....not like pictured on website. Lettuce was skimpy and old. There was very little chicken which was very thin strips. The Santa Fe Chicken Salad wasn't much better.....lettuce was skimpy and old also. It was supposed to have avocado slices but there was none and there was hardly any chicken....which was not spicy at all. Our to-go experience with Chili's has gone down hill. We need to find a new restaurant for our take out.

Order was placed at approximately 21:51 & expected to arrive by 22:10-22:28. It did not.I called to check if the door dash driver had arrived to pick it up and the young lady was clueless. She advised me that because the ticket said "door dash pick- up", I needed to come pick it up myself because it was not delivery. I knew that was not the case.Needless to say, I never got my food. After being on the road for 2 days, simply wanting to eat & get cleaned up, then go to bed.. waiting up until 23:05 and finally giving up on it, was rather frustrating. I didn't feel up to calling to try and get a refund, but I intend to call today.

The service at the Rensselaer Chili's restaurant is pleasant and attentive. The food served is good value for the price. The ambiance is as expected. This is a good family restaurant.

The wings and fries are very salty its not even enjoyable will not be ordering here again. Worst wings i have eaten.

Great wings at great price! Wings were huge and flavorful. A must stop if you are in the area!!

Three of us stopped for dinner. Placed was full but under-staffed. The waitress/bartender was great. We watched her throughout our nearly 1 hour wait from order to serving. She was attentive to our needs. The restaurant is fortunate to have an employee like her. Give her a raise I say! Food was very good. Despite the under-staffing issue, we will return.

I thought I got scammed into eating chili's food, but I was pleasantly surprised.I ordered around 5:30pm on a Thursday, the food sat with me for 20 minutes before I opened and ate it. The fries weren't very crispy because they were steaming for awhile, but I had one fresh before I started driving and they were pretty good!The wings are a decent size & the apple bbq sauce was good too. Until I get a bad experience, I'll leave this at 5 stars. I would go to Chili's ONLY for these wings and fries

The wings are dry, curly fries are soft and nasty. Lemon pepper wings hardly seasoned. Wasted $ and will not order from here AKA “chillis” again.
