As someone with celiac disease it’s impossible to eat out without risking the cross contamination. The staff at the Rensselear location take extra care in preparing the food. I feel like there’s not too many places that care to clean surfaces and change gloves. It’s nice to be able to order food here and not worry about getting sick. Thank you!!

We ordered 2 giant subs ( walk-in’s) on Sunday (11/16). Service was prompt, the crew on duty @ 12:40 were pleasant & efficient, and our subs were delicious. Location was clean and tidy. We will be back.

Had a long day between work and my business. It was 8:30pm when I remembered I needed to grab dinner. Saw Jersey Mikes was open until 9pm…..or so I thought. I pull up around 8:45pm to 3 employees in the store with the door locked. They spot me and all run to the back. I knock on the door/ window until one of them unlocks the door. I ask him. Why is the door locked before 9pm if you guys are open. His response immediately was “ I have places to be…” refused to give me his name and refused me service after saying he was in charge for the evening. Even refused the general managers name as well. I went to Subway across the parking lot who was open and happy to take my order/money. Staff at this location is terrible and needs some customer service training.

The older woman who was working Friday 11/15 around 4pm messed up our sandwiches. We ordered several, when she was told she would be doing our two hot ones she complained to her coworkers very loudly. She then verified with them what went on each sandwich and then made both sandwiches incorrectly. She is lucky neither of our requests were related to a food allergy. Management clearly needs to retrain her because the other two workers did a great job.

Worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to. Staff was unenthusiastic, slow and seemed to be interested in everything except making the sandwiches. The lady adding the toppings seemed so labored by making the sandwich that I pitifully stopped with lettuce. So I paid $15 for something that looked and tasted like I got it at a little league fundraiser. If you want a good sandwich, Jersey Mikes certainly has them- just not at this location.

I placed an online order and waited at home until the app said the order would be ready which was 5:19pm. I arrive at that time and am told that my order would be ready in a few minutes. They only started my 6 sandwich order when I got there. So instead of receiving my order when it SHOULD HAVE been ready, I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes to leave with it completed. From the time I arrived to the time I left, the store had only 1 customer and was pretty much empty when we got there. For not having ANY CUSTOMERS, not starting an online order until the time it's supposed to be completed was inexcusable.
So I just had my first Jersey Mike's sub. I ordered the regular steak and portobello and a bag of chips. The sub was incredibly delicious, however, I expected much more for 25.00. I mean seriously, it was a very small sub and a very small bag of chips. Sadly, despite how delicious it was, the price is so outrageous that I won't be ordering again.

The employees here are extremely lazy. Ordered two basic subs 45 minutes ahead of time. Arrive at the store and they have 4 employees standing around doing nothing, have not even started order. Take an extra 20 minutes to make the subs and both made incorrectly on the wrong bread and missing all the vegetables. Too expensive for such a poor sandwich.

Ordered the number 56 .The peppers were hard . It lacked extra cheese , hardly any on it , very disappointing. Steak was on the light side also. Not worth the big bucks they are charging.
