How at 7:30 PM on a Friday night they run out of bread????? This is a sandwich place correct? Am I missing something??

I thought it was good. Staff was friendly, it is super clean, no complaints. Kind of expensive. A regular turkey sub was 15$. It was really good tho!

Rensselaer County always seems to always have the worst stores of any of the fast food chains. This Jersey Mike's shop is no exception. I usually get our subs in Clifton Park on my way home from work to avoid this place but made the mistake of ordering from here today. They hire the worst people to work here. You just can't trust them to make a simple sub right. Too bad.

I placed an pick up order on Grubhub upon picking it up, I was made to wait 20 minutes while 10 to 15 other customers walked in and had their subs made. After waiting 20 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready I was required to show them my pick up information when three or four other people who had picked up food did not need to show Staff their pick up information. Raff zero. In placing a pick up order and I tipped them on it. Never getting from these guys again.

It took 25min to get a sub after noon rush hours. delivered the saddest ham sandwich i have ever seen. No manager in sight and the employee didn't cared it showed.If you are going to spend $15 on lunch, five uys across the parking lot will make you happier.
I just spent $22 on a veggie sub and it is the saddest looking thing I've ever seen! It's all bread and hardly anything on it. Yes, I know it's a veggie sub, but you can bulk it up with extra veggies! ? By the way, the tables are airways dirty in that place. ?

Really like this place. Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful and even modifications are super easy and their subs are good. Being vegan I typically get the same thing each time. Wheat or white bread with sauted mushrooms and onions, lettuce and tomatoes. Very good. I will go back.

Avoid ordering pickup at lunch if you have somewhere else to be. It looked like they attended to those ordering in person over online orders. So it might be a good call if you order online, to then get in the line in store in order to get your food more quickly. I can’t tell if they’re short staffed or this is just how the store is run, but slow seems to be the common theme for jersey mikes in this area.

I love their subs - #11 Mike's Way. But. Got one last night. There was not a lot of meat or cheese on it. I feel like this may be a fatal flaw for a sub. $16 for a sub roll, dressing and a very meager amount of meat and cheese. I don't think I'll be back.
