Technology cannot replace lousy service. Eventually went up to counter after 15 minutes waiting at table for "dine in" order. Found it sitting on the to go counter in a bag. Turned in my table number tent and ate a kinda warm mess of a burger.

I walked in and thought it was super fancy so then I asked for my food a five dollar meal with a double cheese burger 🍔 plain with just the cheese and meat I received my food and my CHEESE burger had no cheese just meat and 2 top buns on top of that I found a peace of ONION on my burger!!!

Would give zero stars if I could, I pulled up to drive through at 9pm and was told they close in a half hour and it would be a 10 minute wait for food. Website hours says 11.. sounds like someone didn’t want to dirty his kitchen..

Since when does fast food take 30 minutes to make??? For the prices of the food they need some faster service second time I couldn't eat my lunch bc of how ridiculously slow these guys are, absolutely unacceptable for fast food.

This location needs a complete overhaul of staff and management. I was just there, had to go inside since no one was taking orders at the drive thru. Went inside and the 3 kids that were there (I say this bc they certainly weren’t working) they completely ignored the line of customers and were just complaining to each other how annoying being there was and people just keep coming but not getting their food. Simply AWFUL. AVOID THIS ONE.

This location regularly pretends to be closed or just flat out says "we not making food right now"
Until they deal with their staff's laziness and incompetence, if you want McDonald's, you're better off going to another location, even if it's further. It'll save you time and headache.
