Always and excellent dinner! Queena is a fantastic hostess and remembers all her guests. She make sure people feel welcome all the time. Cindy is a wonderful server. Friendly and efficient and is great at remembering peoples' names and preferences. The food is excellent; always fresh and delicious and the sushi has the perfect balance of rice to fish. We usually get the sushi for 2 and end up taking some home. The portion sizes are perfect. We love coming to Nishiki - it's the best sushi in East Greenbush!

I had two sushi rolls, and they were decent, certainly nothing to complain about. I will say one thing I found annoying is they chopped up the cucumber so fine that when you dipped it in the soy sauce, it all fell out of the roll. I would go back, but I would not make a point to go back. The service was perfectly fine.
I’m a regular at this place and the servers are very sweet! They remember my family and we have friendly conversations! The food is really good, I recommend this restaurant :)
