Guy at register was NOT friendly

We ordered a gluten-free pizza with no cheese for pick up. Upon pick up, we were given a hard time about the incorrect order. We were made to feel unwelcome and guilty about the incorrect order. We were actually asked why we could not eat the pizza with the cheese on it. we then called to speak with the owner who was the individual giving us a hard time upon pick up. We waited on the phone for close to five minutes before hanging up. This is very disappointing. He didn’t even give As the full refund. We always order from the Latham site and never have any issues. I would never order from East Greenbush again!

They are charging $1 for a cup of tap water. Claims he pays a lot for cups.. BUT Coca Cola and sprite give FREE paper cups if they serve there products in the restaurant. Wouldn’t walk in that place even if they paid me to. Disgusting business practices!!

UPDATE, no fake review buddy, honest review. Video is the proof.. how can this be a fake review with your own face saying you’re charging for water? Fake Italian food is what you’re serving, You’re not even an Italian yourself.:: chicken parm 🤮. Who’s the stunad now ?go take a trip to Italy with that chicken parm and see what your ancestors will say to you.

My husband and I love the pizza here. Tonight, it was terrible. Not sure who made the pizza, but it was a disaster! I've ordered the exact pizza before. I just asked for no chicken on the GMAC side. It's usually not swamped with the sauce - East Greenbush.

Coming from NYC, the Bronx area I was shocked. The pizza had an amazing taste. Nice and fresh and the service A +.
The wow was the price compared to NYC. Cheap like hell

I paid $100 for a family meal one pizza was still raw and needed to be cooked in our oven which is mess for anyone who has had to do that with a already cut pizza. The price paid for 20 wings is extraordinary now and have them taste like old oil and lacking any sauce even when charged for extra wings sauce is a joke. They also failed to include any veggies or blue cheese with the wings at a certain point this is just a failure of standards at every point for food that is way over priced.
