I go to Starbucks all the time, but never left a review for any location. I’m leaving this review for the woman who definitely was the backbone of the team! Everyone was busy and working, but this lady was moving extremely quick to get those drinks done! I wish I would have gotten her name to give her the credit she deserves.
As soon as I walked in, all of the staff was busy, so I wasn't acknowledged right away. I noticed that this happens often at Starbucks. I still think that an acknowledgment is needed to ensure that someone knows that you are there. However, the associate who took care of me was great. The tables were a bit dirty. The music was fun to listen to, but it was a bit too high. If I were there with someone to talk to, I would not last long because of the music being too loud. Overall,...

There is one table away from the speaker but it's always used by crew for meetings, inventory, etc.
Why??? At 9AM the music doesn't need to be cranked up to the point that I need to repeat my order to the barista for them to hear me.
