Amazing place!Hidden gem!!The space is small and nothing fancy at all. But the food is incredible!!The scallops with the pad Thai was delicious! The drunken noodle with beef was amazing and spicy!Also tried the following samosas, curry puffs, and calamari. All were delicious! We wanted to venture outside of Albany for some good Thai and this is the best we have had since moving out of NYC. Well worth it!!Ps the prices and portions are worth it!
Thai Orchid has amazing food. The Masaman Curry was the best we have had. Everything is fresh and prepared exceptionally. Thank you Sha for the wonderful dining experience you gave us. Orchid Thai is our favorite Thai restaurant from now on!

Am here for lunch regularly, sometimes twice a week. They are the only location around that is affordable, delicious and fast for a sit-down work-day lunch (that doesn't involve pizza). The food is phenomenal - always fresh and tasty. I can't recommend this place enough!

This is a hidden gem!!! Service was great and the food was incredibly tasty! Started with the fried calamari and the mango sticky rice!!! Flavor all over! Then fried pineapple chicken wao!!! Can wait to return!!!

We were in Albany for business and our hotel was pretty close to this restaurant which we heard was pretty good. We walked in to a pretty non-descript location, a little bit out of the way, but were quickly amazed by the quality of the food. The edamame was perfect and the crab rangoon was the best I've ever had. We both were so impressed with our meal and the service. The next time I'm up that way I wouldn't hesitate to stop in. You won't regret it.

Enjoyed the food so much and the service was excellent! I overheard their noodles are handmade which makes sense because they are delicious!We ordered to pad se ew and yellow curry at a #3 spice level and it was perfect! Enough spice but still enjoyable!The atmosphere was clean and well maintained. We will be back!

i’m not a religious person but i think i found god in my plate of Panang Tofu Curry …..this place absolutely bangs. service so sweet you could rot ur teeth (in a good way). veg spring rolls were meh but it’s the thought that counts. also portion sizes ??? bigger than the hopes & dreams of my immigrant parents.GOODNIGHT ALBANY !!!!!Vegetarian options: make almost veg w tofu or veggies as the main star of the show!
