Rude Staff. Go to another tea shop. I PROMISE YOU AVOID THIS PLACE. They do not deserve your money. There’s one person who works there (KAYLA) that will ruin your experience and she’s cheap as hell. She will straight up tell you she’s cheap while half-assing cheaping out on your tea. AVOID AVOID AVOID. You should at least get what you pay for and that wont happen at this place.

There’s one person who works there that is an absolute itch. She doesn’t care of anything or anyone. Her customer service is atrocious. They never have flavors and claim other shops are using knockoffs. She claim people get mad when they have a product out of stock but she’s the only one who gets mad when customers ask for a flavor that is out of stock. And she’s so cheap and will skimp out on everything she puts in your tea. On the other hand the owner of the establishment is nice and sweet and will give you what you paid for. I would avoid coming to this shop Tu-Fri after noon and on Mondays. All other times you should be greeted by the owner and have no drama.
