Drive thru slow. Went inside, no human assistance. Only kiosks to order on your own. No options for cheese sauce side on the kiosk. And when I went to pay NO TAP OPTION. They only take physical cards. It's 2025, get tap to pay, not everyone has a physical card or brought it with them. Will never go back.

Food was surprisingly fresh, order process with a human not speaking English went well, and I received the food in timely fashion. And then the 2 of us sat down playing âswat the fliesâ while we ate. Super annoying

Canât leave a review of how my meal was because I couldnât order a meal! I was the only person in check out line inside this facility at 905 pm,, none of the employees ( who were speaking Spanish ) would even acknowledge me. I waited 6 minutes until I finally had enough and left. I did ask at one point to place my order and one of the employees looked at me like I had 9 heads and responded something back in Spanish. Do better Wendyâs this is America perhaps hire employees who speak English!!

But can resite the alphabet A,B, or C when ordering 2 ten piece chicken nuggets for my boys at the drive thru
Just go inside instead or skip this place all together

This was one of the worst drive-thru experiences Iâve ever had. We stopped here while traveling, expecting a quick and easy stop, but instead we were left frustrated and disappointed.
The staff member taking our order clearly didnât understand what we were asking, and kept putting us on hold, repeating the same questions over and over. All we asked was about the kidsâ meal toy (last week it was Mr. Potato Head), but instead of answering, she made the entire process drag out, holding up the line. After waiting far too long, we gave up on ordering the kidsâ meal and just went with chicken nuggets, but even that had to be repeated several times.
When we finally got our order, it was still wrong. We received the wrong drink, and a baked potato we ordered wasnât included at all. At that point, after all the waiting and confusion, it just wasnât worth staying any longer.
This was completely unacceptable service. If Wendyâs wants customers to keep coming backâespecially families traveling on the roadâthey need to improve their staff training and accuracy. This experience was nothing but stressful and disappointing.
Drive thru staff was super friendly and helpful, food was very hot and done well. This was a great experience for a Wendys

Rude service. Drive thru window doesn't have an overhang..the roof actually dumps water in your car when at the pickup window. No thought to customer service on that design.
