Can’t leave a review of how my meal was because I couldn’t order a meal! I was the only person in check out line inside this facility at 905 pm,, none of the employees ( who were speaking Spanish ) would even acknowledge me. I waited 6 minutes until I finally had enough and left. I did ask at one point to place my order and one of the employees looked at me like I had 9 heads and responded something back in Spanish. Do better Wendy’s this is America perhaps hire employees who speak English!!

They all can't speak English
But can resite the alphabet A,B, or C when ordering 2 ten piece chicken nuggets for my boys at the drive thru
Just go inside instead or skip this place all together

This was one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had. We stopped here while traveling, expecting a quick and easy stop, but instead we were left frustrated and disappointed.

The staff member taking our order clearly didn’t understand what we were asking, and kept putting us on hold, repeating the same questions over and over. All we asked was about the kids’ meal toy (last week it was Mr. Potato Head), but instead of answering, she made the entire process drag out, holding up the line. After waiting far too long, we gave up on ordering the kids’ meal and just went with chicken nuggets, but even that had to be repeated several times.

When we finally got our order, it was still wrong. We received the wrong drink, and a baked potato we ordered wasn’t included at all. At that point, after all the waiting and confusion, it just wasn’t worth staying any longer.

This was completely unacceptable service. If Wendy’s wants customers to keep coming back—especially families traveling on the road—they need to improve their staff training and accuracy. This experience was nothing but stressful and disappointing.

Rude service. Drive thru window doesn't have an overhang..the roof actually dumps water in your car when at the pickup window. No thought to customer service on that design.

Slowest. Wendy’s. Ever. They have two windows: first never open. Screen is broken. Payment system are broken.

25+ mins with 4 cars in front of me at drive in for one burger

Could have gone to sit down and eat somewhere by the time you get your food here

Should you stay or should you go? You shouldn’t order in the first place…. 25 mins for a breakfast sandwich… and I got overcharged… and they forgot my potato wedges.

Horrible the worst wendys ive ever been to. Waited on the drive thru line for 20 mins and there were noooooo cars in the parking lot. Ended up leaving with out food. STaaaaaaayyyy awaaayy from this wendys ?????
