We tried so many local bakeries for our kid's first birthday and Zachary's was our winner! The cake was absolutely delicious and came out adorable, so many people asked where we got it from!

Zachary's came highly recommended by our venue & they did not disappoint! Our cat's name is Peanut Butter so we wanted to have some elements of peanut butter flavor in the cake. They made us a PB mousse that was delicious, no artificial peanuty taste, it was really good! They were great about incorporating our flowers into the design as well. Easy to work with & very nice every time I came in! The tasting box was a great way to try everything at home, too!

My boyfriend and I had an order placed with another cake provider and it fell through 3 days prior to his daughter's 6th birthday party! We needed a half sheet cake with a little girls theme (mermaid tail, pink, teal, and purple flowers). They pulled through on such short notice and made a beautiful and absolutely delicious cake for us! Highly recommended! We will be using them again for our next event!

Got the cake and cookie for my bridal shower. Not only was it adorable, they were so delicious. Overall I like the ease of ordering custom cakes through the site, customer service and value for your money. 10/10 would recommend.

We ordered a marble sheet cake with vanilla buttercream and whipped frosting for a large birthday party and it was DELICIOUS. Everyone raved about the cake, especially the whipped topping! The ordering process was seamless as well, thank you Zachary's!

We ordered a custom cake, cookies, and cupcakes for our twins first birthday and everything was amazing!

Yeaterday my hubby came home with my favorite cake from Zachary's Pastry Shoppe! If you know me you know how much I love the raspberry cake from there! Brandy or Cindy got me started on this. So the first year Ray bought it independently it was wrong. So last year Cindy/Brandy told him what to order, it was PERFECT! The kind lady at the store wrote it down and said this is what you say when you call next time. Fast forward to Monday he get’s his note out, calls and orders. So I’m so excited last night to dig in….. and……. it’s effing chocolate cake which I don’t like AT ALL! So today I call and the lady who gets on the phine said “I took the order and remember specifically asking him if it was our chocolate cake” Supposedly he said “I guess”. This is a $50 cake, not a 20 carvel cake! I said well did he read this slip to you and I read what the lady wrote. She said oh well I don’t remember. BUT you remeber asking if it was Chocolate cake!! Why would you asked that based off what he read/asked for?!?! She suggest in the future I call and place the order and speak to her directly. I asked if I should call and surprise myself for my birthday and Valentine’s Day?! Oh, and no offer to rectify their mistake just blame on the customer!!!

How to avoidid future problems?

NEVER SHOP AT ZACHARYS AGAIN!!!

Picked up some items today. Could not wait to get home to be disappointed in the $18 snowballs I got. They were definitely overcooked. Not moist and melt in your mouth that I am use to in other shops. For the price if I did not live 45 minutes away I would have taken them back.

If you’re looking for delicious pies for a special occasion (like Thanksgiving), don’t go to Zachary’s . The pumpkin and apple pies I ordered from them were awful. At $20 a piece I was so very disappointed.
