They forgot my energy punch and Pepsi! They had no ones at 9:30am (received an $4 tip)And Hash browns were burnt!Service suck and they were very rude I would give them 0 stars if I could!Terrible!

Got a large 7 and 7 hot coffee it was warm not even hot and way too much sugar more than seven sugars. Lady at the window was really nice

I gave this Dunkin 3 chances before writing this review. They need to train employees in customer service and how to do their jobs properly. If you need to whip out your phone to make change for a customer...everytime..... you need a different line of work. I was the only customer in the place, and 1 coffee and one tea took 10 minutes...and it was wrong. 6 employees walking around like zombies. Apparantly walking around with your pants down is exceptable here. Never again.

Arrived at 4 pm amd in line for 17 minutes with car ahead of me. Got to window. Wrong order attempted to be given and server left amd came back 5 min later. Second server doing nothing. By now 4 cars behind me… when asked for managers name.. was answered with why ? Also when asked for store number reply was shrugged shoulder “ I don’t know”. This is not first time in line with terrible service and attitude ! Not first time with wrong order . Did call main number for DD s left number as they has numerous calls ahead… never replied! This is unacceptable. No more Dunkin’ Donuts

I visited this store and walked up to the counter. Two employees were standing at the registers. I waited 4 minutes for them to look up. One looked up and stared at me after I said good morning. She did not respond. She finally asked if I was being helped. I was the only one in the store. They saw me walk in. She still didn’t greet me. I ordered. I waited 15 minutes as they worked through the Drive Through visitors. I understood. Not one person spoke to me until someone asked what I was waiting for. Basic customer service is a thing of the past.

Ordered 4 sandwiches 4 drinks, 1 drink my daughter ordered 1 ice coffee with 3 pumps of French vanilla, got to the window, they one gave me one sandwich, the ice coffee with the 3 pumps had 33 pumps listed on the sticker! My daughter took a drink and spit it out because the drink was horrible! To boot they charged me 9 dollars for the 33 pumps. Who would order 33 pumps! Had to wait 15 mins for the sandwiches and the ice coffee reorder. 30 mins for 8 items. Last time I will go!

Horrible Dunkin. The drive thru girl charged me for the wrong order. Took 10 minutes to figure it out and then couldn’t even comp my two coffees. Worst Dunkin ever.
