First visit was a winner. Great coffee, excellent baked treats, beautiful place to enjoy relaxing outdoors, looking forward to visiting again. Need to explore the store still, today was so nice had to enjoy being outside

Such a wonderful place! I absolutely love it here and love coming here. Best pumpkin spice latte I’ve ever had and you can’t beat the atmosphere.

Vischer Ferry General Store is a jewel in our community & in such a sweet location. A cozy and welcoming atmosphere and a super friendly one. When you walk in, you feel the charm of days gone by. Their baked goods, coffee and food specialties are delicious. It also holds a beautiful gift shop with a lovely mix of unique gifts, cards and vintage goodies. Be sure to sign up for their newsletter & check out their online calendar. They host different events - some with music. They also offer classes and host pop ups and workshops from time to time. My favorite place to shop local!

I had never been here before. I was so happy that I found it while out for a drive. Great items for sale as unique gifts. Staff was very friendly. I chose the chicken salad sandwich - which was very fresh and delicious. I also had lavender lemonade and flourless chocolate cake - yummy. I sat for a bit, met some other visitors. They have a nice outside area with tables and peaceful atmosphere. Will go back for sure - I wish I had bought some things, but didn't expect to find this place. Need to revisit and shop.

Absolutely delightful. The decor is quaint and the sodas were superb.

Excellent bakery except for their ridiculously small scones. They are more like nuggets. I’d rather pay more for a decent sized scone.

Homey, comfortable, nice menu selections, delicious brownies, friendly service! Sweet attached retail shop. Grounds and surroundings are pretty. Easy parking.

Wow, this little store has been many things over the years, including my grandfather’s paddock and tack shop when I was a small child. It is now a café and has a little art gallery. They an outdoor seating area and it is absolutely delightful. I’ve never seen it and the town, Vischer’s Ferry, looks so good as I did when I came through here. Definitely worth a stop. it’s family friendly lots of outdoor space for kids to run around and the people who work there are really nice

We finally made it to Vischer Ferry General Store and it was worth the wait! The cafe and gift shop are so inviting and they even have a nice space for small events or private parties upstairs. We grabbed a sandwich from the grab-'n-go case since we arrived a bit too late for the kitchen service and it was so good! We will be back for a breakfast sandwich, for sure. The gift shop has many choices for anyone on your list -- or yourself! -- and a nice selection of specialty foods. When you go, be sure to check out the custom candles with scents and designs by owner, Louise. She carries some of my favorite scents from Paddywax Candles, too. The community vibe is evident in the communal table area and there is a lovely outdoor area, as well. Such a gem of a cafe and retail space! ~Becky Tyre, Retail Details
