Everything was full of flavor and absolutely delcious. It’s a lovely restaurant with really friendly and attentive staff. The food really felt like a dish my mum would cook - upscale homely and comforting.

My husband I came here for a date night a couple weeks ago, and it was perfect. The food was out of this world, drinks were delicious, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend Bia for your next date night! We will absolutely be back.

Absolutely delicious! Ordered the cheese board, trout, and pistachio ice cream. One of the best meals I’ve ever had! There was also live Irish music playing so I was in heaven

Everything we had was perfection. Wonderful service. Cheese and bread was great. I had lamb with a potato, cheese, and leek tart which was unique and incredibly well prepared. Great beer and cocktails. Can’t wait to go again.

If you're in Rhinebeck NY and you don't have dinner at Bia, you're doing yourself a disservice. The flavors of every dish we ordered were unique, multi layered and cooked perfectly. Try the pork!

The food here is probably the best in Rhinebeck. Some serious Top Chef level dishes here that never disappoints. Staff and service is also really sweet and authentic. The shrimp toast and caesar salad keeps me coming back but I've never had a dish here that didn't rock. Love it here!

I've been to Bia several times and the food is always amazing. I usually ask the waitperson for their recommendations, and they have never steered me wrong.

My wife and I had a wonderful meal here for our anniversary. It was quite slow while we were there, though we came shortly after they opened on a Thursday so perhaps the weekend crowds weren't in town yet. Our server was very attentive and we did not wait long for courses. I had the paté of the day which was duck liver and black truffle in a bacon wrapped taurine. It was incredibly delicious. Though I could see how people who don't like a lot of paté per bite might want more bread to come with it. For entrées I had the pork rib chop and my wife had the chicken schnitzel. The pork was the best pork chop I think I've ever had! Perfectly cooked, tender pork with a rich savory sauce with vinegary Italian peppers and roast potatoes.i would 100%order this again. My wife's schnitzel was crispy and delicious, over a bed of mustard- potato salad, greens and tomatoes. For dessert we had a date/ toffe pudding that was very good too.
If I had any complaint, I would second a comment I read about the chairs being a little uncomfortable after sitting for about a half an hour. Being that we were seated for 90 minutes, there was lots of shifting around to get comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful meal and look forward to coming back on a 1st or 3rd Sunday for the advertised Irish music!

Hands down the best restaurant anywhere in the Hudson Valley. Everytime I go it's the best meal I've ever had! Rich puts the utmost care into each dish and is truly a culinary artist! The cocktails are unique and beautiful. The food is upscale, but the vibe is casual and unpretentious. I love going to Bia and you will too!

Chairs sucked ( we got there at 7 and we were there till almost close as it was a birthday dinner) but the chairs caused the whole party of 6 to be in complete pain and discomfort. The food was absolutely disgusting and over priced. Too salty, the salads were drenched in dressing. Parking lot is terrible. The waitress or the kitchen, took forever ( and there was only 2 tables left ) - just absolutely disappointing and yet another restaurant that's overpriced and gets away with it bc it's Rhinebeck. The atmosphere could have been a lot better too. Dingy dim lights ( the lights in the bathrooms were so dim I couldn't see what I was doing ), the bathroom was also sticky as if no one had cleaned it all day.

Bia was an awesome experience! The crab bisque was really delicious, great size, and nothing like I’ve had before. The owner Kyle was lovely and welcoming. Definitely one of the best places in Rhinebeck to get a cocktail! And the bar burger deal is awesome and delicious. Would totally recommend !!!
