Great pasteries and food
I ordered a Fraisse cake for my girlfriend's birthday party. She's a pastry chef so I needed to find a place that actually made cakes that tasted good and wasn't only concerned with appearance. I was recommended Calico, and they did not disappoint. Calling to order was met with a friendly voice that wasn't annoyed that I wanted to buy something which is the experience some places. I picked up the cake on the day of the party and it was one of the best cakes I've ever had. Really moist, flavorful and delicious. I loved the chocolate but the strawberry filling was commented on frequently Highly recommended. Don't tell my girlfriend.
Expensive and tiny but fun
Intimate dining experience, exquisite duckling. Leslie an outstanding pastry chef who adds a charming warmth to the atmosphere.

I used this bakery for my wedding cake and it was a great choice. They also have a few pastries for breakfast and some lunch items.
This place was charming. We had a delicious chocolate cookie with coffee. Very friendly staff and owner Eugenia was very nice. So cheerful looking cafe. Hope to come back there again, and try something else, so many options.
I wish I could include a photo of the incredible "Marquis" cake we bought yesterday! It was out of this world, with its "mirror" glaze. Genia did an outstanding job with this culinary delight and I HIGHLY recommend the new Calico for local folks and visitors alike!

Calico is consistently wonderful. The cakes and pastries are matchless and the dinners are always a delicious surprise. One small complaint: the scones are soooo good that wish that they made them more often. Ah well.

Calico is a warm inviting restaurant with wonderful attentive waitstaff and very good food. My husband and I really enjoyed our meals. Will definitely return and try more desserts next time.
