I went here for the first time thinking I was going to have a good experience and eat good food, I’ve been to plenty of hibachi’s places before so I usually know how to order. I ordered a shrimp fried rice hibachi but they brought out a plate with noodles and shrimp, and rice as the side. I then said something about it but told me “you should have known that when you ask for shrimp fried rice hibachi , that it comes with noodles and the rice is on the side. You should have just said you wanted rice instead of noodles” I then proceeded to ask for the check and got out of there. Also I didn’t get not one refill on my drink and the ice had been melting in my glass for a while. The food was actually not too bad but the customer service sucks and they obviously didn’t care to give me a replacement plate with rice instead of noodles, they refused and like I said , told me that “you should have known already” when it was my first time there. Really disappointing

Fresh, delicious, and fun. Rhinebeck needs a place like this. Its casual and kids love the show the chefs put on. I think the hibachi food is very good. I have also enjoyed the sushi rolls and rice dishes. Solid recommendation. Staff are friendly and accomodating.

Staff was rude, cooks were not interactive. Price was HIGH! We had a large party of 17, they woudlnt split the bill for us so we all paid cash and had $80 set aside for the tip, paid and left! We were chatting outside when the one lady walked out and said we didnt leave enough for a tip! (Our bill was about $500.) Your better off going to Golden Giza in kingston!

Other reviews say that the staff was unfriendly or rude on my experience they were not they were excellent they paid great attention to my 3-year-old grandson who had a wonderful time they were awesome it was a party of five they were all eating hibachi dinners The food is excellent it was done perfectly one person in the party had an allergy towards onions so they really went above and beyond to make sure no onions or near his food including the soup that made us a different soup for him this is my new favorite place is fairly reasonable and price The atmosphere is good because you could also walk off some of your food while you look at the quaint little shops in the area there is parking that is free but it's very limited so if you can't find a parking in the lot you would have to park on the street I will recommend this to anyone

Very authentic... I didn't know what my waitress was saying. Food was great. And some of it was probably amazing but my American taste buds thought differently.

me and my boyfriend recently visited this sushi restaurant with high hopes, but my experience turned out to be utterly disappointing. The service was abysmal - the staff were inattentive and, frankly, rude. When I asked for a plate, the server tossed it onto my table, showing a complete lack of respect and professionalism. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and no one should have to pay for a meal that comes with a side of bad mood.To make matters worse, the sushi itself was far from enjoyable. I was shocked to find that the sushi was served hot, which was not only unappetizing but also downright disgusting. Sushi should be fresh and cool, not heated to the point of being repulsive.I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. There are plenty of other sushi establishments out there that will treat you with respect and serve you the delicious, cold sushi you deserve. Save your time and money by steering clear of this place.

People were extremely rude to me and the 2 people accompanying us. Food was ok but go to the place in Kingston it's 10 times better. Lighting was pretty crappy. Apparently you need 4 people to eat there and we only had 3. They reluctantly served us. In the middle of eating they asked if they could bring us a box (we had only been eating for 10 minutes if that). We felt rushed out of there. We did not tip because of the following issues. My boyfriend forgot his hat and went back in and the lady complained about not being tipped and threw the receipt at him. So wrong. Wish I could give 0 stars.
