WOW! "The Cabo" is their take on Avocado Toast & it is DELICIOUS to the MAX. The spicy guac on the toast is a nice added element to this delectable creation. It was full of flavor & crafted beautifully. I WILL be back & look forward to trying more of their delicious menu, possibly a smoothie next. The culture in the team that works there is full of LIFE!

Cute, friendly, and yummy. Recently went there with my husband to try my first ever açai bowl!!! I had the Acai you later and he had Malibu baby. Both were delicious. Hubby had never had a smoothie bowl either and we are hooked! Coffee was a strong costa rican bean and it was perfectly brewed. Just for fun, we each had a juice shot... Immunity and Vitality. Also, a first for us... not sure what they're supposed to taste like, but we threw them back and I feel healthier. We plan return and try more new things soon.

Absolutely LOVE this place!! The customer is great, the lattes and matcha is amazing and the beans are freshly grind and brewed. Is a chill ambiance and there’s a good menu to chose açaí bowls and other fruit bowl along with toast. Their Cabo toast is sooo good and caprese is pretty yummy as well! Is a great place if you are looking to grab and go or grab and slow down and chill. Can even call ahead! 10/10Vegetarian options: There’s definitely v/veggie options and everything is made to order and tastes fresh!!Parking: Parking is great. If it is busy then parking may not be available in the parking lot but there will definitely be parking off street or in the next small parking lot front behind the shop. Parking has never really been a hassle for me, but maybe during peak hours like weekends in the afternoon

Sol is my most visited spot in Rhinebeck. The smoothie and bowls are delicious and the staff is really friendly. There are a few cozy spots to sit and then 2 small areas well suited for plugging in a laptop. I always call my order in ahead of time so I can just run in and grab it.

THIS is the avocado toast stopping us millennials from buying a house. Just kidding, it was only $8 for two slices of really good toast. Would recommend!

Best smoothies and bowls in town!! Everything is super fresh and made to order. The staff are very helpful and down to earth guys. They roast their own coffee beans too so it always smells AMAZING

Excellent smoothies, decent prices and a laid back vibe. They roast their own coffee, and have products with natural ingredients. John and Anthony are courteous as well.

Really cute inside, but as the other reviews mentioned the smoothies are pretty flavorless besides the coconut milk. Definitely left a lot to be desired. I would consider going back to try the smoothie bowls, but moreso to take a picture in front of the neon banana. Anyway, could have been MUCH better.

Upon entering, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. A little fireplace with chairs, other relaxed seating, and a chill vibe...very comfortable. I can see myself enjoying their various drinks/smoothies with a book. The very welcoming and friendly staff at the counter helped answer our many questions about the menu. After reviewing their menu, I had a hard time choosing what to try first. At first, I intended to order the spicy guacamole toast with a salad but once I saw the smoothie bowls I changed my mind completely. I finally settled on trying The Grind smoothie bowl because it has espresso in it. It was mind-blowing delicious! Fresh fruit on top (banana, strawberries, and blueberries), granola, and mini-chocolate chips mixed into the smoothie had the perfect texture. The flavor is AMAZING - you can taste the espresso and I loved it. The base is made with fresh espresso, banana, peanut butter, cocoa, honey, and oat milk. It was like eating soft ice cream but guilt-free! My friend ordered the Coco Banana smoothie and had them add in whey protein to make it more substantial and filling. She said it was delicious.I definitely recommend stopping by and trying their stuff. If you like coffee, try The Grind....you won't be sorry!PS - the spoon with the smoothie changes colors when you hold it - so cool especially if you have kids.
