OK guys so Starbucks in the tops friendly market has a new location they just opened up a brand new Starbucks. They move their location from the little tiny cube they had to a full size Starbucks restaurant. These guys hit the mark every single time with every single drink. And best of all they have the new holiday cups for the new holiday flavors. If you're in there Rhinebeck area check out the Starbucks at top friendly market. These guys hit the mark every single time. It's nice to see them actually have a dining room now and more space to make their delicious creations. I most definitely will be back again.

I'm from Long Island, and I've been to many Starbucks locations, and this one is by far one of my very few TOP locations. The staff are so friendly, I wish I caught both of their names - two women who were BORN to make these drinks!! I placed a mobile order as I walking into the market got 4 drinks and some banana nut loaves, and they were all ready in about 5 minutes. My family enjoyed EVERYTHING. It was the best Starbucks we've ever had.

WOW, Just WOW. I came in today just to get a few things for grocery shopping and I thought I would stop by for a simple Frappuccino and I was not prepared for what I was walking into. The moment I walked into the store, I could not only hear but visibly see the manager screaming at an employee for what seemed like no reason. She was screaming at the top of her lungs and it completely ruined my experience. None of what she was saying was even coherent. I could visibly see the employee's were in distress and the poor cashier at the counter was just trying to take orders during the busy rush of the day. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone and if I'm being quite honest, this manager needs to be fired. With my 15 years of experience running a business, I would never be caught dead with an employee like this. 1/10 will never be coming back. Drink was good though.

Like the previous review regarding the mobile orders its so true I decided after today I’m never going into this place again. I’ve waited a min of 4 times at 30 minutes, but multiple times at 25 min or 20 it’s ridiculous…the amount of times that I go in and I see people walk in putting their order getting their drinks before me is very frustrating and they don’t know how to make a flat white for the life of them.

Never place a mobile order. I sat in the store for 30 minutes watching people come in and order at the counter and get their drinks made before they finally got around to making mine. They even got mad at me when i asked if my order had gone through. Ive been here many times before and they have been pretty good at getting things done but recently its just gone downhill

Tucked in a corner of a huge Tops Grocery. Efficient, friendly, funny staff...got our big order right while taking care of other customers too. Kids made fun of me for telling the staff I thought they were great. ?♂️

I love this Starbucks! Everyone is really friendly and I’ve never gotten a bad drink here, whether is a frappuccino or a lemonade or a regular cold brew. They’re an amazing team. I know how rude people can be at Starbucks, let alone one in a grocery store where they’re already stressed and tired, so whatever this team is getting paid it’s not enough!

I'm not a fan of Starbucks as a corporation because they support domestic terror like black lives matter and they are anti-policeBut since this Starbucks is in a supermarket they are really just pouring Starbucks coffee and I needed one todayFrank and his team we're awesome this morning very fast efficient and friendly.But it really is time to open the little seating area, stop letting Joe Biden and Dr fauci run your lives
