Pre-spa lunch was excellent. We started with the crisp artichoke (delicious) then I had the Maine lobster roll (also delicious). No complaints. Server was great & moved things along so that we weren't rushed for our spa treatments.

Don’t typically leave reviews, but there are far too many negatives reviews for Willow. Our experience was wonderful. Wonderful service, food excellent (everything from Caesar salad, focaccia bread service to mains - chicken and special of Halibut). 100% recommend!

This is a very mediocre and therefore very overpriced restaurant. My wife and I ate there tonight. My starter vegetable soup (a special of the evening) was meh. My wife's $26 starter of a half-dozen oysters was tasteless and the oysters were tiny. My main course of steak frites was good (especially the tallow and truffle fries, which were the only really tasty thing on the menu) but my wife's Duroc pork chop was awful - way over-cooked and tasteless - and ditto her potato and corn salad. My wife's pino grigio wine was also not great - quite acidic.

After a yoga class at the Mirbeau fitness studio, I had breakfast at Willow. I had the Willow breakfast. I requested soft scrambled eggs and they delivered. The eggs were delicious, the sausage had good flavor, the sourdough was perfectly buttered and toasted. The baby potatoes had a nice crispy outside. The service was exceptional, our server checked in on us several times. The only thing that was missing to make my breakfast perfect was a matcha latte, l’d love to see them offer this in the future.

Booked a day at the spa w/ a friend, and enjoyed lunch/cocktails at Willow.

Maddy was phenomenal; making me the most magical cocktail, which was not on the menu.

Food was good, and not particularly memorable.

Spa treatments were lovely, and specialists were very professional. Kodi treated me to the most pampering facial.

The sauna was nice and hot. Don’t forget your swimsuit if you plan to try out the outdoor hot tub!

Parking: Lot for business seems perpetually full. Street parking is available, you just have to walk some.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are not encouraged

This place is so hit or miss. Sometimes they're great and then they are a disaster. I've posted good reviews and bad reviews over the years, but now they're getting a mediocre one. The food is never been five stars except for the breakfast. It's okay at the price point. But today we went there and it was not even 25% filled (a slow Monday). We ordered a steak and a halibut and waited for 40 minutes. After twice being assured the food would come right out and it didn't, we had to leave. The manager came and asked me what we were going to do and I told him we've got to go, I was there with two small children. Manager was totally unapologetic. In fact, he was a bit passive aggressive and bitchy. Control your freaking kitchen dude! Don't blame the customer because they can't wait 40 minutes for a dish that takes 3 minutes to cook on each side.

I just wanted to take this time to express the wonderful service we received by our waitress Jess at lunch while on our day pass. She was very attentive and kind. Help us with choosing things on the menu and answering our food questions. She was a gem and you have trained your staff well and she made our experience very enjoyable.

The food is fun, delicious, beautifully presented, and always special.
I can count on Willow and Mirbeau to give that extra special, je ne sais quoi, attention and service.
However, the other morning we were there for brunch, (Saturday, July 6), and the service was truly outstanding and thoughtful.
Our entire day was influenced by the care and deliciousness we had at Willow.
Bravo!!

Went there for brunch and my father-in-laws birthday.

I don’t usually post reviews, but in the case I am making an exception.

The food was inconsistent. The starters were very good, especially the Brussel Sprouts and breakfast board. However, the main course was underwhelming. My eggs were cold and over done.

However, my main complaint was the poor and glacier like service. While we were a large party of 8, almost three hours for brunch is unacceptable. It was clear that the wait staff and kitchen were not properly staffed, even though the place was not that busy.

I had to ask for a new cup of coffee, since my first one was cold due to the fact it took so long to bring out cream and sugar. Refills of water were sparse and even though we were sitting on the patio in 75 degree heat, the water was without ice.

My wife was going to book a three generation spa weekend, but after such poor service she will be looking elsewhere.

The very best duck I ever ate. We enjoyed an incredible dinner. cream of zuchini soup, roasted brussel sprouts, filet mignon, and duck breast. An D'Orange creame brulee and a carrot cake cheesecake. The service was absolutely excellent. The atmosphere in front of the fire. Willow is definitely a great place to grab dinner!

I love willow!! The herb chicken with yams and green beans is amazing. It’s the only thing I get when I go, I pray every night that the chef doesn’t remove it from the menu. My wife loves the caesar salad, dressing is on point ?
