Smaller portion for double the price over the past year or two. An annual stop for a trip to Cooperstown. Just can not express the displeasure again this year for the service and quality of the barely warm food received. After 13 years of this annual stop. It has ended for sure. Our crew will be gladly stopping at Fly Greek Cider Mill instead for the decades to come.

I'm not sure if the employees are just incompetent or if this franchise owner actively steals from customers. I have told my wife to stop spending our money at this location ever. Soooo many times we have got missing items from our meals. Yesterday my wife decided to go again and predictably we were missing items. Is what it is. This is just me warning others. Goto Stewarts just down the road, its better quality anyhow.

So, me and my brother went in there with a 20$ gift card. Our total came out to be 17$. They gave a free 10 piece nugget, love it thank you, and then when our card declined 3 times.(they were having card issues) they gave it to us for free. No it won't happen to most people but I am very thankful. I tried to play with cash, but they rejected it. So thank you very much to the Staff at my Local McDonald's!! Love you guys so much!! And they only asked for us to do the survey!
