So happy we found this small town gem by accident. The service and food were excellent. We had a Reuben sandwich, grilled cheese, homemade fries, and a delicious pizza.

For the most part, I like going to Richford Pizzaria, but the last couple times we’ve ordered pizza The outside crust is way too thick And the middle part of the crust was super thin!! We also got wings and a couple of them were still raw. The customer service is amazing!

The place itself looks very nice and the food is good most of the time. The staff is the main issue for me. There are a few very lovely workers there but there’s also a few that seem like they just hate every customer that steps foot inside. The food quality is much better than a while ago but they reuse oil for a few days which is kind of gross.

Well took the grandbabys to eat last night and ordered chicken strips, very disappointed. Chicken was cooked in old oil, should have been fresh oil for that day.

The food is great, but the wait staff grunts in disgust if you want to eat there. She doesn’t have time for your hunger. The first day I put up with it but ordered ice cream across the street. Today when she shook her head because I wanted to eat, I turned and walked away. So did another persons. As we walked away, she said “I guess they don’t like a wait.” Nope. I was prepared to wait. I didn’t like her attitude.
