Maybe these people come from a different background and culture — I get that. But if you work in the service industry in the United States, you need to learn how to respond politely, smile, and say 'good morning' when someone greets you. Don’t look confused or act like you're above being a cashier. Because you know what? I also come from a different culture, and where I’m from, that kind of attitude can get you punched in the face.

Declining Standards and Unprofessional Service
This place used to be a decent spot to grab a bite and enjoy a cup of coffee, but the standards have seriously declined. Hygiene is poor—staff don’t wear gloves, often talk over your food and drinks, and the seating area is not kept clean. There’s clear discrimination toward certain customers, and the manager is rarely present. Instead, unskilled and unprofessional workers with no real knowledge of coffee are constantly being hired. It’s disappointing to see how far this place has fallen. You have to constantly tell them to clean tables and chairs. They close at 10pm but throw you out and lock the doors by 9:40pm

I went to order a breakfast sandwich which comes with bacon. The girl asked me if wanted bacon . I proceed to ask if there was anything else besides bacon she's says no. After she turns around and ask the other guy to take care of me. Asked for the same thing,but said meal. He answered the sandwich doesn't come with the meal. Didn't ask if I wanted to add something,I left. To the owner be careful with your workers,I left without getting anything. Smh

This morning I went to get my coffee, the guy who was there yelled from the back that he was busy and when he came over he said just for a rewars, just for free coffees, too racist, super vulgar and I told him that he doesn't care what they say about him, that he doesn't give a damn about that job, the service and he didn't want to give his name, he was the only one in the store this Sunday 01/19/25

I ordered a chocolate chip muffin and it was old and nasty tasting. They also shrunk the size of it. Horrible service. I will not return there again. I got ripped off. $3.23 for a old muffin. Ended up in the garbage

This is a horrible place. I went twice to buy a muffin and the guy just said they don’t have . When I just see it’s four muffins there and I told him why he don’t give me that and he said because those muffins it’s from yesterday and I told him why he have there and he started to laughing and he don’t say anything else. I bought a hot chocolate with alil milk on the top and he just give me a a cup of milk with alil chocolate and no hot water. Was everything cold. They have to close this dirty and ugly place or change the kind of people. I don’t know if they’re like this because I’m Hispanic but it’s not fair.
