I was very disappointed with this venue. My aunt recently celebrated her birthday here, and the experience fell short of expectations. The table decorations provided were mediocre at best—we had to bring someone in to make the setup look presentable. Basic items like plate chargers weren’t available.

Great sized venue, great service, great staff, decent valet service, but horrible bathrooms. Cleanliness of the bathrooms are horrid and stalls are extremely tight and don't lock either, which is crazy considering how large the bathrooms are overall.
