The worst experience being in queens. Book tickets on eventbrite for an event that was supposed to start @ 8pm. NOTHING is set up and DJ shows up 3 hours later just speed running through music. Drinks HIGHLY overpriced and after 4 drinks still no buzz. Waste of time even coming here. Wasted $30 to go to queens for a party that's not even happening. Never wasting money here again

This club sucks! I gave a $200 deposit just to have it added back with up charges for bottles that should be included with the amount of money that I was paying. I got no cake no balloons and the place was empty. Don’t waste your time. Don’t waste your money. Go any place else except here. The only plus was that our bottle girl was sweet and attentive. Everyone that worked there is cool, but the vibe is off.

Extremely disappointed on how we were treated. Waited 1 hour for food service and another hour to receive the food. On a night where shots were suppose to be $5 … we were charged $10 each for a shot inside of our drinks. The manager was rude when explaining we just got our food after waiting so long to even order… he kicked us out so we had to leave the food we paid for and did not finish. I will never go back there again. We were treated poorly and was embarrassed after spending money on food, drinks and shots.

100% Liars regarding packages. They advertise they will give you food and cake which is an absolute lie. The club is literally empty on the weekends. The worst customer service the only thing they got going on for them is their rest room is clean. They up charge for everything and don’t even acknowledge the tickets so on Eventbright so you might as well not even bother purchasing tickets. Trust me this is a major waste of time and money going here. My photo was taken at 1 am empty vip and no one on the dance floor.

I'm not sure why you guys hire security that ILLEGALLY bribe people to enter. We have tickets for entry all night and the security with the braids trying to charge 80$ per person. I'm reporting to the better buisness bureau!
Went here for a birthday & next day my card had multiple charges from fashion nova and Amazon , so basically the servers are taking pictures of your card to use to pay for personal items , mind you they take your id also so they know your billing address , place has great music , , just they try to rob you while your having a good time

Today, I went to brunch with some friends to celebrate a birthday and this place is a 2/10 in my opinion. They lack customer service and should only be tending to people in a nightclub setting. The food was mid but the music was jumping; another reason why they should only be a nightclub. My servers service was just as mid as the food and she was unhelpful. The drinks were really good; expensive, but worth it. Respectfully, if you’re trying to eat, go somewhere else.
