Today, I went to brunch with some friends to celebrate a birthday and this place is a 2/10 in my opinion. They lack customer service and should only be tending to people in a nightclub setting. The food was mid but the music was jumping; another reason why they should only be a nightclub. My servers service was just as mid as the food and she was unhelpful. The drinks were really good; expensive, but worth it. Respectfully, if you’re trying to eat, go somewhere else.

I don't like this place at all. They should only operate as a nightclub. They are not designed to serve brunch or operate as a dining establishment at all. The music is good, vibes are fun but I would never come back from brunch. My friends and I are not pleased. The service was only ok, they had a lot of people so it was a bit slow. I don't want to blame the server but she didn't help the situation. Also as a forewarning, you only get one serving of mimosa or sangria & a refill is $20. Apparently the kitchen has a lot going on so the steak comes out more than well done. I had high hopes for this place

I came to this nightclub yesterday 1/20/24 They have a coat check for $5 which isn't a problem.I was leaving and I gave my ticket for my coat and my coat wasn't there and 1,500 Coat .IT WAS FREEZING OUTSIDE . They didn't have my coat at all .Which had my Car keys in it .The security gave my coat away or someone took it either way it wasn't there !Nobody reached out to help or anything ! I had to leave my car there and call a Uber at 5am .I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE ! Now I have to come out of pocket to get a tow and a coat .Reached out to management nobody answered.Also during the Club someone GUN fell out they back pocket they picked it up started waving it in the air !Scared the crowd !Security was drunk!!They were taking shots from our VIP section!

My overall experience was horrendous. My guest and I payed for bottle service and were ripped off. After paying 1700 for bottle service that states it covers admission for 10!!!!! They wanted us to pay 80 dollars per person for entry. Meanwhile the party of 10 wasn't even accounted for. They are falsely advertising having two events at the same place and same time. They are telling you the ticket you purchase online is also invalid and charging you again at the door. The tickets don't specify what event it is. It's giving tax evasion and money laundering due to cash being required at the door. They also held the line and then said even if you paid for bottle service you had to be there for 11 which was NOT STATED on flyer,instagram or eventbrite. The tickets say general admission and said nothing about it being invalid after a certain time. The section was claimed for before the time so there shouldn't have been an issue. You took people's money for all of that you shouldn't seated anyone.This isn't a restaurant so I'm confused. Do better I will be contacting Better Business Bureau

After driving an hour and a half from Northern Connecticut to come here for my friends birthday, this is what I experienced. If you’re man they’re gonna charge you double the price of women. and they’re gonna take your jacket from you because you are a man. It’s not a club it’s a giant VIP section divided into smaller VIP sections. The dance floor is basically the bar. The DJ is cool, and does the best he can and the drinks are strong.

If I could rate this place negative stars I would. I understand it wasn’t the servers fault but the overall service was deplorable. We came in at 4pm and saw our entrees at 8pm. Not only that, but once the food starting coming out for our group we were then told that what we originally wanted was finished. So we waited three hours just to find out they ran out of a specific food item, modify it, or completely change the order. Then when my food arrived, I had no utensils. When the waitress came back after I told her she gave them to the wrong person. The food wasn’t worth the wait at all. It lacked any form of flavor. We were only offered a free drink after the long wait. I am never coming back and I am telling everyone I know to steer clear of this place. I don’t know how an establishment like this is still open.

OMGGGG THE WROST CLUB EVERSECURITY GUARDS OR SHOULD I SAY BOUCER walk around like they the terminator with Pooh sheisty mask on and bad attitudes.I threw a party here for $1200 section where I had to share a section with other folks ( it didn’t give vip feeling) who also was having a bday. Such a waste of money. The staff was RUDE. I ordered three hookah and I didn’t even get to use my 1 of my hookah before they were picking up and cleaning my table. My section came with bottles and cranberry juice the juice were $1 cranberry bottles from the corner store they didn’t even put it in a pitcher. They literally put the small bottle juice in the ice bucket. ( the bottle girls looked as if they didn’t want to be working ) No one was even in the club. It’s like they didn’t do good promotions. Cause it was super empty. It was basically a waste of money. Poor service. ( I felt like they were racist) the Microwaved food was bland And the club closes at 2am SMH I will never ever ever come back to this establishment. I’ll pay to have a grand time some else if I could give No stars I would

I read the reviews before attending but because it was a birthday of a friend I shown up.. we sat down at 4:30 and at 7:15 we received appetizers we didn’t order.. we never didn’t receive anything we ordered. Unacceptable!! Music was okay and you only get 2 moscato/sangria per pre fix menu. Not with it. Service was horrible!!!

I went to a black tie party here last night and it was absolutely amazing. The party was in the private hall on the second floor which could comfortably hold about 300 people. It was big, with very nice wood floors and about a dozen Sputnik chandeliers in the beautifully recessed ceilings. There was a great nice view of the downstairs reception area where there was a long line of nicely dressed people waiting to enter the club located on the first floor. The red carpet entrances for the the private party and the club were separate so there was no mixing of attendees. They served delicious authentic Caribbean food! I would definitely go back and also consider having an event there.
