They do not have any heating system in -3 celsius temperature. Chicken soup tasted so bland. Took them forever to serve the food.

I placed an order for pickup via UberEats this past Friday and theChicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Makhani were so bad that I wanted to cry. They were definitely the WORST I ever had which is even sadder because I used to be a regular here and would dine-in almost every Sunday and know exactly what their chicken makhani usually tastes like and it used to be great. In fact, I only came here BECAUSE I'm familiar with their food and know that I like it. However, the second I opened the containers I KNEW that something was off because it wasn't a creamy orange color. It was more of a watery red-orange.The Chicken Makhani and Chicken Tikka Masala more or less tasted exactly the same which leads me to believe they made just one sauce/gravy base and then just added onions and peppers for the Chicken Tikka Masala. This would normally be completely okay if they ACTUALLY tasted good. It seems like they added way too much salt or way too much sugar and then put more of the other to compensate for their mistake. It is very obvious that they messed up the dish and decided to serve it anyways which is completely unacceptable. What's even worse is that I can't get a refund of any sort since I ordered it through UberEats and they don't do anything unless you had items missing or there was a food safety issue or something. To be honest, i would consider too much sugar and salt a safety issue because it was so terrible I couldn't finish it, but UberEats doesn't care. It's worth noting that I did a group order and my mom ordered Sag Panir, Mutton Biryani, and Raita which she said were all good so they only messed up the food that my sister and I ordered so we went hungry on Friday night and I couldn't even be refunded for food I couldn't eat.

Worst Indian (punjabi) restaurant ever. Taste and quality of food was below average. We asked for mild food and they confirmed it while taking the order but the food was not mild at all. It was beyond medium. Ambience of the restaurant was pathetic.
We ordered our food 2 hours ago. Went to pick it up and the restaurant was closed when it shows it as OPEN on the Seamless app. The next door business owners said the restaurant never opened today. A man answered the phone call, made adjustments to our order, and said nothing about the restaurant being closed. Very disappointed and hungry :(
Best kababs around! Biriyani not so
