JUST GOT EXTREME FOOD POISONING FROM THIS PLACE, THEY BLOCKED OFF THE FOOD SO YOU CANT EVEN SEE IF THE MEAT IS GOOD OR NOT, THE SPINACH WAS DEAD AND MOLDY AND THE AVACADO WAS BLACK INSIDE ALL OVER (expired) , I THREW UP ABOUT 20 TIMES AND HAD TO CALL 911

So i have ask for tuna as a sandwich he gives me one a attitude two gives me a little bit tuna so when i say to him if he can give me more cause he gives me a little bit on the sandwich he wanna charge me two more dollars for extra tuna when he only gives me a little bit of tuna, than he gives me a attitude when i told him i will speak to his manger he say good go speak i don’t care than talks about me to his worker he needs to be fire he should not be working there and treated people like that, he is the skinny guy with the glasses that you can’t really understand him, and i go there a lot and never got treated like that, going to charge me two more scoops for him giving me a little bit of tuna on a foot long bread… never going there again

The staff at this Subway location lacks basic customer service skills. They were incredibly rude to me and insisted I make my sandwich exactly how they wanted. One of the employees even told me she wouldn’t make my sandwich for me anymore. I've visited this location twice, and both times the service was just as poor. The staff's attitude towards customers is unacceptable.

I went on Monday to get lunch, there were two Bangeli people were working and they were extremely rude when I ask them simple question about the $6.99 meal. They were annoyed about me asking a simple question when it is their job to provide customer service. But it was fine, didn’t bother much until they charge me extra $3.25. When I ask they making it big deal out of it saying I can’t read the sign or what. But the sign clearly says $6.99 for cold cuts on Monday plus soda and chips. But they charge me $11 for no reason also those two aunty uncle were saying stuff in bangla as I don’t understand anything. They literally don’t even know what customer service means. And they coming to teach me how to read sign so they can charge me extra what the hell!

I am absolutely appalled by the complete lack of professionalism at this establishment. Not once, not twice, but THREE times, I've witnessed the same employee yelling at customers for no apparent reason. The behavior from staff here is nothing short of disgraceful, and it’s enough to drive me to another location entirely. You need to FIRE these employees and bring in people who know how to treat customers with respect! Rest assured, I will be reporting this to corporate and taking this as far as it needs to go—this kind of behavior is simply unacceptable!!

Subway is my favorite fast food joint but after this experience, I’m reconsidering. I came here from a long shift at work and wanted my usual, (roasted turkey on Italian herb & cheese bread). But no, instead I faced rude workers at the restaurant. I wanted to ask them question about the other topping I could add to my sandwich and instead they rolled their eyes at me and spoke to me in a very rude manner. I am so disappointed at subway as a whole company, I will spend my money elsewhere and get services at places that respect me instead of here.

There is a short, Indian man that wears glasses and works at this Subway that is rude and should not be working at this establishment.
Tonight, his conduct toward me was completely unacceptable. I ordered a footlong through the Subway app and went to pick up my order. When I got to the store, the man was mopping the floor. I walked to the counter, where customer's pick up their orders and waited, quietly, for the man to service me. He walked behind the counter, didn't even look at me or ask me what I was there for, took the only sandwich that was there for pick-up, and he started walking toward the door while reading the order receipt on the bag.
I'm wondering, "is he going to come around the counter and give me my order?" I had to FOLLOW this man to the door. Then he looks up at me and asks me, "what's your name?" I tell him my name, and he then starts SHOUTING at me. Mind you, this man cannot speak any proper English and I could hardly understand what he was saying. But from what I could understand, he was upset about me walking on the mopped floor.
Let's recap: I walk in to the store, this man is mopping, I go WHERE I'M SUPPOSED TO to pick up my order, and I never said a THING to this man, until he asked me for my name. The establishment isn't closed and is open to the public. As an employee of a food service business, would you expect no customer to walk in while you're mopping? I've worked in food service before. I've had to mop over floors after a customer walked in to the store - that's what you do as a food service worker. If you don't like that: don't work in food service.
Back to this incident, the man was shouting at me about walking on the mopped floor and he walked all the way to door with my sandwich for me to pick it up and leave. I was so shocked by his behavior that all I could say to him was "thank you" for making my sandwich and "goodnight". But he didn't stop EVEN as I opened the door to leave with my sandwich; he continued shouting at me even after I left the establishment. Arguing with this man would've been a waste of my time because he is clearly erratic, and I could hardly understand him, anyway.
I'm a reasonable person, but this man either needs to be disciplined by the owner of this franchise, or outright fired. I looked at the reviews for this store, and another customer complained about conduct from this man. There is no excuse for why the owner of this franchise has not done anything about this employee. I don't know who the owner of this franchise is, but I will find out. Because nothing has been done about this employee, I will be filing a complaint. If you are going to own a franchise, you need to be accountable for your employees, otherwise, you shouldn't be running a business.

Don’t waste your time coming to this Subways. The lady that opens up is extremely rude and has no manners. I came in here at 9am and she told me towait 20 minutes. This is not the first time that they were not prepared. If you have a business that opens at 9am, you should be at the location at least 30 minutes before. Not arrive at 9am while customers are waiting. The lady needs to be fired or replaced. She is not a good representative for Subways.
