I went to order Saturday at 8.47pm, and the guy says we are closed and went back in, even though at door it says 9pm. Why do they do that.

From the minute I walked in I was greeted with eye rolls and attitude. The man making the sandwiches became upset because I came in almost 25 mins before 9pm(closing), I walked over to where you would start your order and I was almost immediately asked " why you come in now?!" I said excuse me? He just rolled his eyes and asked what kind of bread I wanted. I picked the one I wanted and he went to the back for almost 10 minutes getting my bread even though there were still loafs in the oven DONE behind him. I finished my order and left and the door was locked behind me, at 8:50pm! As I was walking to the bus stop I checked my receipt and saw the man TIPPED HIMSELF $1. Now I'm not going to make a big deal about $1 BUT you do not take it upon yourself to TAKE my money when you were giving ME a hard time. IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE WORK, LEAVE IT. I'm still considering taking this to corporate. Eat here with caution!!

The 2 workers there that night were nasty & rude They took our coupons, but 2 things: they refused to add points for our order claiming just for charges, also wanted to charge to have more soda & the female employee claimed for the free cookie, she was demanding $5.00 or more, when the coupon states $1.00 or more.Why do these employees make up their own rules when it comes to the coupons.

A small girl was very rude and with attitude just because ny English is not perfect and she couldn’t understand me very well.. Subway is a great company and you shouldn’t have that kind of people working there.. as a good point, the ingredients were very fresh and delicious!

So I had those coupons and one of them was to get 2 foot long for $12.99. I tried ordering but the man that was serving me refused to give me 2 foot long. His reason was it has to be two people there to get that promo, however the fine prints never said such. What if I wanted both for myself! I was very disappointed and embarrassed in the manner he was talking to me. I love subways sandwich but would never go back to that specific location.

If I could give this Subway location 0 stars I would. I go into the store at 8:30 with my boyfriend we order our food, as I am paying the guy working there quickly urged me to buy a cookie after i decline his offer he again proceeds to urge me to buy drinks and chips. This should've been a red flag for us because this men was trying to force us to buy things we didn't want on top off that he wanted a tip. We get our order we sit down by the window we're enjoying our food 10 minutes later he comes over and literally kicks us out and uses the excuse of "We are closing you have to go right now" We checked the time they closed and they close at 10PM at night, And we were kicked out at 8:40PM. We left the store unsatisfied by his poor service. As soon as we exit the store he quickly locks the door. I do not recommend this location. A manager needs to do something about this.

I've been coming here for a long time and usually when I come in I bring coupons in. I never had an issue with them and the people over the counter. I went early last week and I had no problem with anything. But just yesterday I was there and the two behind the counter were extremely rude. They were really cheap with the ingredients and had a bad attitude the entire time. When I was about to pay I was going to use a coupon. The guy behind the counter starting saying that I couldn't use it, which I told him that I just used one a few days prior. He kept getting more aggressive about it while I tried to explain to him. He finally let me use the coupon after I told him I couldn't pay for the sandwiches. I would still recommend that store most times but those two behind the counter shouldn't be in this line of work. They ain't made for it, if I was the owner, I would be disgusted
