Finally found a good store in queens with such a good customer service. I don’t write reviews usually but there is a guy named Ifti on the store who told me if I liked the experience I should give a review that’s why I am writing. It was an amazing customer service from him. Would come here again!!

The young guy working got my order wrong. I wanted my sandwich without cheese since I’m lactose intolerant and told him so but he gave me it with it anyways.

I visited subway yesterday, ordered, and was immediately met with poor customer service. The staff seemed visibly annoyed as soon as I entered. I requested Swiss cheese, and they didn’t have, and then asked for mozzarella, which they also didn’t have. Despite my requests, they continued to get irritated by me. It felt like my fault, but I had to settle for pepper jack. The entire time, the server sighed heavily, rolled his eyes, and seemed completely bothered by everything I said. The sandwich itself was good, except for the cheese. When I sat down with my partner, they just stared at us, making the entire experience uncomfortable.

I order from the location solely because of convenience. I tend to use the app to make my orders. There were two negative occurrences that happened here. One time I sent my son in to collect an order and the guy was really rude with him. I placed one mobile order and then he decided he wanted something so I placed a second mobile order and he scolded my son and told him don’t ever do that again. I couldn’t go in to confront him due to parking. Fast forward to today, I made another order and none of the toppings were on the sandwich. It’s crazy that the order is written down and it’s on the receipt that’s printed with the mobile orders and to get it so drastically wrong. I understand forgetting one topping, but several toppings it’s really ridiculous. Owner really needs to look into what workers are doing and how they treat customers.

Worst subway i been to in my life

Didnt put any of the toppings i asked for and literally the sandwich barely has any meat in it

Cheap owner operated store and hes trying to save a few cents. Go take your business elsewhere because they dont care about customers

I went to this location expecting the worst… but honestly, it was really pleasant! I asked if they accepted coupons and they told me they happily did. Not only that, my food was excellent and they were super kind to me. Treat others the way you want to be treated! 💯

I bought 4 tuna footlongs where I barely found any tuna, it was literally a veggie sandwich with a bunch of mustard & teriyaki sauce with lettuce, tomatoes with bread. Absolutely nothing else. There's no reason to give 2 specks of tuna and call it a sandwich.
