Had a very super bad experience with them .Today I went in to Sultan’s Dine with my wife and 20 month old child. So we went in around 9:10pm and before we went in we called them around 8:50pm just to make sure they are open. So we went in sat down and the boy in the receptionist didn’t even welcome us properly. So we sat at a table and were waiting for the menu. The receptionist came with the menu 5 minutes later after we sat. We were looking at the menu and checking what we wanted to order. We were almost ready with our order when the boy comes 5 minutes later and tells us their kitchen is closed and they only have Chicken Biriyani and Beef Tihari available. So we asked them can’t we order anything else and the boy says no because their kitchen is closed, not even any types of drinks such as Mango Lassi, Burhani etc. Then we just ordered the two biriyanis they had. They served the biriyani which was really good in flavor but no drinks with it. We had to help ourselves and get drinks from their fridge. As a worker there it was his right to ask us what types of drinks we would like and for him to serve us properly. When we called around 8:50 and asked if they were open it was his right to inform us that yes were are open but our kitchen is closed. I don’t understand why it says online that they are closed at 10 but they shut down their kitchen at 9:15. This was not expected from an authentic Bangladeshi restaurant after hearing good reviews of them. As a Bengali I would appreciate if they can improve their customer service.

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered (2) Kacchi Biryani’s, (1) Beef Tehari, and Chicken Lollipops with gravy. Everything was bad there was hair in the biryani and the chicken lollipops was very dry and very tart gravy sauce on top. There was nothing special in the kacchi biryani just very strong kewra flavor no biryani taste. DO NOT GO

Kachhi birani is not good, meat is like brick. No one goes there, we tried it as an experiment and it failed. Also, don't try the "Borhani", another garbage. To sum up: food is a disappointment.

Bruhhhhhh their kachhi is fire. We got the roast pulao and kacchi. The roast pulao was on the sweeter side but the kacchi oh man. It wassss soooo good! And their biryani was banging as well!

Worst food in town, they don't know how to cook or give real taste in food, I bought food for 37 $ on 09/12/22, the food name is kachchee Biriyani, (the famous rich food of Bangladesh). There should not be chicken in this food, they did with goat and I found small pieces of chicken on it. Other thing is the food was probably made a day before it smells bad. I am not going to this restaurant any time in future.

I always order beef curry, the taste is different every time, I don't know if it's because the chef changes every time, too watery and the meat stinks today, it's really disgusting

When this place first opened up, the food was amazing. I ordered here all the time as my go to Indian place and my brother said this place was amazing too when first trying it. Well idk when they all changed but this place has gone down to below average. No where near as good, and they always forget something the last 3 times i ordered take out. I always give a restaurant 3 strikes after I have one bad meal as maybe it was a bad day. Safe to say I’m done with this place now, prices went up and it wouldn’t be a problem if the food got better, but sadly it got worse.

Food extremely over priced for the taste. Place to show off. Atmosphere is excellent. Food wise not Recommended!!!

I went to this place just for the name. Sultan’s dine is one of the most popular biriyani place of Bangladesh and they are famous for their Kachhi. I absolutely loved their Kachhi in Bangladesh, so when I saw this name I couldn’t stop myself from visiting the place. We ordered the kachhi and also I saw kala bhuna on the menu so took that. To be honest the kachhi was no where near to the one I had in Bangladesh. Also the kala bhuna was not good as well since it tasted kinda sweet. Growing up in Chittagong gave me the privilege to try the authentic kala bhuna and the one Sultan’s dine is offering is just an insult of the authentic kala bhuna.

They have a good variety of items and they taste good. The service was outstanding and got foods served quicker than expected. Must try item is "the kacchi platter". Comes with mutton biriyani(specially cooked),a chicken roast and dessert. The only thing I felt that they are kinda over-priced compared to the amount of serving.Overall a good deal.

this restaurant is great and very well maintained. the reason why i gave it 3 stars is because the curries and rice dishes are good (meat can be dry sometimes) but I got afghan food once and the kababs were burnt and stale. i also got a thali and when you dine in, you get a proper thali but delivery, you get the same curry in three different containers. quite disappointing really and false advertising.

Well the person who was taking order was smelling alcohol while talking. Didn’t ask for his name. Thought food will be good. Chicken from the so called “Shahi roast” had a old oil smell in it. And kacchi was goat meat with polao with some fragrance in it. Borhani was extremely sweet. Overly priced compared to other restaurants here in the city. Today was my first time there, and definitely the last..
