One of the worst bakery ever! He made three mistakes. These guys does not know how to spell birthday and cake was broken from the middle where we can see clear big think line. They charge 50 usd just to put one picture of the animal character. If I had an option to give him zero on the google I would have given him zero star. Moreover, owner and the staffs were very rude and disrespectful. They charged money and gave one of the worst birthday cake for my son.
Please stay away from this shop. Last minute we left without cake. We wish we went somewhere else.

Guys check your fruit tarts I had bought two and both have mold

Not impressed at all. The quality has gone down, and the staff doesn’t seem to care about customers anymore. I had an issue with my order, and instead of helping, they were dismissive and unprofessional. It felt like they just wanted me out of the store. Definitely not the warm, welcoming bakery experience you’d expect.

Extremely disappointed with the service here. I walked in expecting a simple, smooth pickup, but instead got the wrong order and no help fixing it. The staff didn’t seem to care at all and were surprisingly rude. The way they spoke to me was unacceptable. No apology, no solution—just attitude. Won’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good customer service.

I recommend going here for a small night date with your lover! My boyfriend just took me to get a snack . The atmosphere was quiet and calm . The fruit tarts are my favorite they are the best!! The strawberry smoothie was delicious!

The lady in the picture was the cashier this morning and she was rude to me because I asked for help with ordering a chocolate cake, and when I told her that the other cashier helped me before she immediately got jealous and then after I scrambled to find the cake type she then told me she was not going to take my order. I went to the bakery this morning for a cake for tomorrow and she told me to come back at 2pm, it's the time the other lady comes, all so that she can delay the cake delivery. When I told her that she didn't want to help me, she got even more upset and told me that it was my fault. todays customer service is beyond bad. It is a shame because the cake is delicious (better than Martha's) but bad staff is what drives customers away!!!

Tres leches strawberry cake was really tasty and they answered my questions nicely.

I brought a chocolate flan for $7 a slice today 09/06/24 at this bakery and unfortunately this flan didn’t work no more. The flan was very hard and rubbery and the chocolate cake was so dry and didn’t taste good no more. I don’t recommend this place made my stomach hurt. But if you do buy please check before eat.
