I spend $200.00 on a red velvet cake for my mom birthday and they gave me whip cream which was supposed to be cream cheese and the baker try to tell me he can't do cream very bad customer service no good this is the last time I am getting cake there

Completely did not look anything like the inspiration picture I gave. I ordered a custom cake and was very specific in the design for a 21st birthda. They made it look like a grocery store kiddy cake. They claimed that we never gave them a picture even though it clearly says it on the cake.

Went and bought a butter creme cake after the attendant let me know which ones were butter creme , got home and cut it turned out to be strawberry and pineapple .

Absolutely not! Pineapple cheesecake has mold, cheesecake filling tastes sour, and the pineapple topping was very dry! This is unacceptable! Should not keep cake for more than 5-7 days! God forbid, I was allergic to mold, possible anaphylaxis! So upset.

Hands down the worse customer service ever!! Do not recommend! I used to go here a lot for custom cake orders but they will no longer have my business. They did not listen to my custom cake instructions although it was written out clearly on the receipt. After making a mistake the first time I went to pick my cake up they again made a second mistake when I asked to get it fixed I was told there is nothing they can do about it and showed no remorse! The first two pictures is what they gave me. The third picture is what I asked for exactly without the cake toppers. Terrible customer service! Needs improvement. Save your money!!!!

One of the worst experience at this location everything looks good but when I order multiple stuff and I got home and start enjoying it it was the worst enjoyment ever everything I have ordered was very still and been in the showcase for a very long time it was a waste of money I will not go and spend unnecessary money at this location to have some Sweetness in my life not me not again all the merchandise was very do not waste your money at this location and there employees don't speak English it was very hard trying to explain to them and trying to understand what they were saying.Vegetarian options: They don't data for vegetarian people.Wheelchair accessibility: This is one of the worst establishment I have ever entered they do not have any accessible access for wheelchair or disabled .

This bakery is horrible worst service ever. Do not go here. Ruined my nephews first birthday by giving a cake that wasn’t what we paid for and the cake was UNCOOKED like wth!! They refused to give a refund after blatantly giving us a toppled 3 tier cake. WORST bakery ever do not waste your money go elsewhere.
