We got steak and eggs for breakfast which was highly overpriced, I’ll be fine paying that money if the meal was fulfilling. It was far from that, steak was almost inedible, best thing on the plate was the eggs. A complete waste of money.

The best diner in Queens and arguably the city. It has it's old school charm but the decor is modern and you get a lot of natural light in here. Clean restaurant with friendly waiters. Coffee, juices, sodas, pancakes, eggs, toast, burgers, sandwiches, fried chicken, cake, pastries, cereals, thanksgiving dinner, wings, literally everything here is tasty and you'll leave full and satisfied. The prices are solid and won't leave a hole in your wallet. Having been a customer of 15 years, I can't recall a single bad experience. The owners are friendly and welcoming people as well.

i just upgraded TCD to 5 stars - i don't give diners 5 stars but this place has really earned it - the food quality and incidentally, the quantity too, is head over shoulders above any diner i have eaten at - consistently!
