We had a Hawaiian themed luau for close to 50 people. Joe and his helper showed up on time and they were both very pleasant and professional. The food was great and he was very flexible as to when the appetizers, main meal and dessert were to be served. It was great for us because we did not have to deal all the food preparation and storage in our refrigerator. I would recommend him very highly. Our guests got a kick out of seeing him prepare their food on the spot. Overall it was a great experience dealing with Joe and Chris.

Had Long Island luau cater my daughters 1st / my 31st birthday last week, and to say we were more than satisfied is an understatement. Great food, awesome staff and a wonderful experience to deal with. Got the whole hog luau package and it was a hit! The staff was awesome in dealing with myself and guests wanting to see the pig and get a taste before dinner. Really amazing experience, would do it again in a heart beat.

Joe and his team were excellent. He made my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary very special. Super accommodating to some additional add-ons despite giving him a headcount a couple of days earlier. And the luau was delicious….everything was terrific. Joe is super nice and very personable and makes delicious food. The chicken, shortribs and kalua pork were great. Really all around great to work with. Very authentic luau menu :) Would definitely recommend :)

LI Luau was fantastic! I called Joe just a couple days ahead of my mother's 80th surprise birthday party being held 3 hours upstate - I explained that I initially planned on doing the cooking but came down with C19 and physically couldn't do it all. He accommodated all my needs on short notice!! He also provided me with a heat box to transport the food in. Which was amazing because it didn't shift or spill at all and allowed me to arrive and serve HOT DELICIOUS food! I couldn't have done it without you guys and we're all so grateful! Highly recommend for your next event!!!

Joe and his wife did an excellent job with the luau we had. This is the first time we used Long Island Luau but it won't be the last. Food was excellent and there was plenty of it. Our guests were thrilled with the food and took some of the leftovers home! Their service was great and I would STRONGLY advise anyone who is having a party to use Long Island Luau as their caterer!

I contacted Joe about catering a pig roast at our home for my brother in law’s 50th Birthday. Start to finish 10/10! Working with Joe to decide on menu, logistics etc was very easy and he is very flexible, super communicative and responsive. I had no stress at all knowing everything was in his hands. I’ve thrown many events at our house before, but to have everything (setup, cooking, serving, clean up and breakdown) covered made it so I could focus on the guests. Now the food! We did a mix between the traditional luau menu and the BBQ and we LOVED everything. The roast pig was perfect and moist, the brisket was smoked and succulent and the chicken was truly to die for. We have some very picky eaters in our family and even they were going back for seconds on the mac n cheese. We had many guests reach out to us and compliment Long Island Luau for the food as well as the pit masters (Chris and Chris). Absolutely delightful men who deserve a 10/10 in their own right. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to hire Long Island Luau again, great service, quality and value.
