While visiting Western NY, I was blessed to have been taken to Cooney's. Truly some of the best ice cream I have ever had. So creamy and an amazing number of choices. I ordered a scoop of Snickers and a scoop of Cherry NY Cheesecake....Incredible!

The owner was there and waited on us and was very personable. Very flavorful ice cream and uses cream instead of milk in his shakes which makes them more rich. Definitely recommend to stop if in the area.
