Service was sooo slow had to get up from my Table and ask manager on shift to please send sever to Table!!! And to top it off my Boyfriends Meal was prepared WRONG!!!!!! He asked for cheese burger meal with No ketchup, lettuce, tomatoes and of course it came with the works!!!! Had to send it back to be remade

Kinda quiet, there are good deals if you do the 2 for $25 or 2 for $35. Overall, your average Applebee's experience. Service was really good though, the wait staff was on point and excellent.

Great informal place to meet and have lunch or dinner. Some @of our dishes came out less than hot. The wait time for dinner for 7 wash not overly long. Service was very good.

Terrible service!!
Waited for a glass of wine for 15 minutes after other drinks were served.
Waited for dinners for at least 1/2 hour.
Server never came to check on the table.
So disappointed!!

So it's been a while since we last went to Applebee's. We went so many times after my heart transplant because it was next to our hotel. Kinda got tired of Applebee's because we ate there so so much. So tonight we went for the 2 for $25 Chicken Parmigiana Alfredo. We both had the huge side salad that was included. I must say that the meal was excellent and service from our server Amanda C. was just wonderful. Happy hour drinks were great and we will definitely be back again but this time sooner. ❤️

Typically, I have no issue hence the reason why I continue ordering from there however today was a hot mess actually a cold mess. Delivery came late and was not brought inside as per inspection. It was left by the wrong door, OK fine I got the picture. I hike all the way across the building. The food is so close to the door, I couldn’t open it without knocking over everything. After wiping my drink up off of the bag and the rest of the food. Food was cold and gross. I then called the store was told they were going to get a manager and sat on hold for 45 minutes. I understand delivery might not be their fault but the customer service was disgusting. No answer, and I spent my whole break, listening to crappy hold music and nibbling on cold nasty food. Extremely disappointing
