This was the worst experience I’ve ever had an auntie Anne’s ! I got over cooked and Burnt pretzels that looked like they were sitting under a heat lamp for eight hours. I paid almost 2 dollars for one cup of cheese and they gave me a quarter cup of cheese. Terrible customer service and did not offer to resolve the issue at all. There’s plenty of other locations; I will go to a different one next time

I am disappointed. Ordered 2 items...received 1. I did order through uber eats...not the problem.I tried to call to discuss error. The employee was not helpful stated she could not drive and they do not deliver. I asked being that it was their error could they contact delivery and have it sent..the employee had to check with her manager and put me on hold ....I got hung up on.

I really use to love grabbing some mini pretzels on my lunch break but lately everytime I comel, the pretzels are burnt or they're stale like they have been there all day!!! I would love for them to get back to what made me fall in love with them in the first place.

Tucked into the Food Court at the Tanger Outlet Mall, we'll always go there to get a pretzel because it's our personal weakness and kryptonite. Doesn't matter if we're hungry or not because you can always munch on a freshly baked pretzel. If we've already had lunch, then we'll get a sweet pretzel for dessert. If we're peckish, then it'll be a sour cream & onion pretzel or a pretzel dog. Don't get me started on the honey mustard or cheese dips. Those go well with the plain pretzel nuggets. The cinnamon sugar pretzel is a must have, as is the sweet almond, which has sugar glazed bits of almond baked on. The sour cream and onion is just flavored powder on a plain pretzel, but it's really good to munch on when you're strolling around shopping. I'm surprised we haven't tried the pepperoni or jalapeno pretzels yet. Maybe because a lot of the smaller Auntie Anne's don't have it on the menu? Hmmm... Also the fact that it's combined with a Cinnabon is another reason to come back for cinnamon rolls.

I grabbed a quick pretzel while holiday shopping. It was hot, fresh, and buttery. It's in the food court of the Tanger Outlets.
