Excellent customer service super attentive, fast service and they sought to ask every possible question. If we needed sauces or anything on the side . Just simple things go the extra miles

The food and the service by Ryan were both great! We did make the reservation indicating we were celebrating our 1st anniversary. Nobody at the restaurant, including the check-in hostess wished us a happy anniversary. Also the chairs were wobbly and quite uncomfortable.

Wonderful experience as always - food is excellent, very relaxing no rush - staff so pleasant and helpful - Our server Mike is always so attentive but gives us time so we never feel rushed - My 87 year old Mother enjoyed the special attention with her “Mock Tail” ! This is one of our favorite places ❤️

Our waiter was amazing! The noise level wasn't bad, even when fully booked for Valentine's Day. The food was very good. There was a guitarist providing very good live background music. In all, a very nice date night.

Absolutely the WORST service. The hostess, Natasha, was rude and very condescending. We had a 7:30 reservation for 3 people and she tried to sit us at a two top because she had other reservations coming in at 8pm. Then she had someone bring a table in from outside and put it in between the two dining areas and said that’ll be where you sit then. Absolutely disgusting service. When I asked if the manager was available, she said no. I asked who the MOD is and she said they’re not available. We left at that point. I called back and asked for the manager and she said Kaitlyn was but she doesn’t take calls during dinner hours. By far the worst service we ever had.

Party of 4. 8pm reservation. We all enjoyed our meals and drinks. Our waitress was fabulous.
We eat out a lot. Ambiance was cozy & live music was nice. The bartender was extremely helpful, but the food was lacking. Average at best. Although our server was nice, just not as attentive when needed as expected. I'll definitely return for a drink at the bar, but not for dinner.

I’ve been visiting Bistro for many years and have always had a pleasant experience and great food. However this past weekend I invited my family to dine and for the first time oddly the experience wasn’t so great. As a customer who has explored the several menus mostly pescatarian options I know the flavor of the food and what to expect; however the mussels that were served were very pungent. Being a long time customer and familiar face I figured I’d let them know although 2 people in my party ate them against my suggestion. We had no problem paying for them as the waitress advised they took them off the bill. Towards the end my niece while packing her food noticed a penny was in her food! Again we brought it to their attention paid and left. Wouldn’t you know management gossiped to the staff without having a conversation with me as a long time customer & lied. So take it from me being a local if you speak up you will not be appreciated as apparently they aren’t able to have off days!! Which no company or restaurant will be perfect always.
