We had lunch which included delicious and light cod fish sandwich with french fries that were crunchy on the outside and perfect on the inside. Bucket of mussels were very good. Last it not least was the wonderful table service provided by a professional & friendly waitress by the name of Georgia. I definitely recommend Buoy 1.

Beware!!! They cheated on the bill, waitress added $10 to her tip. We left $9.50 via debt and she added an additional $10.00. Will never go back.

WOW! What a disaster! We used to like Buoy One when it was at the old location. We just stopped in from a trip out east to have a late lunch. We were happy to see that they had fried whole clam bellies on the menu. my wife and I shred a bucket of steamers and an order of the clams. first the steamers were horrible, most of them were overcooked and mushy. As far as the clams, you get about 10 small clams and nothing else and I am not sure what they use for coating, but it was sweet tasting and not very appetizing and the cost for the clams was $40 a complete ripoff. If you want fried whole belly clams, Bigelows is 1000 times better.

Food is still amazing — my family has been coming here for over 20 years. But the service on my recent visit was incredibly disappointing. I was part of a group of four. Even though our order was incorrect, we paid in cash and I left a cash tip. As I was leaving, a staff member (older woman, late 40s–50s) followed me out to accuse me of not paying my full bill (around $78–$80). I walked back in with her, and once she counted the money, it was clear everything was covered — including the tip.
Rather than apologize, she then told me I ‘didn’t leave at least a 20% tip.’ I work in the restaurant industry — tipping is not mandatory, and no customer should be publicly called out or embarrassed over it, especially when service was subpar to begin with. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. Extremely disappointed after years of loyalty.

We loved the new location . We had the chowder, which we feel is the BEST on the east end. We also , enjoyed the clambake, with the lobster, clams, shrimp, mussels, baked potato and corn on the cob. Everything was fresh and delicious. The waitress was superb. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outside, it was breezy, but enjoyable. Highly recommend this resturant.

we were the first table seated. 6 other tables were served 1st. Then the steamed clams i was served were full of sand. Needed to spit out and turned my tongue black!! Other diner was served cold shrimp scampi and under done potato. The last diner's flounder was over cooked mush. Manager never even came to speak with us. The excuse for the dinner taking so long was because the clams were fresh. I would hope they are serve fresh clams otherwise they are dead. I will never go back!!!

Heading back from a day on the North Fork, we were looking for a reasonably priced place for seafood and after reading TripAdvisor reviews, decided to give Buoy One a try. We were not disappointed. We arrived around 4 and were promptly greeted when we walked in the door. We had a choice of table, inside or out. A little bit of an industrial feel, and very clean. We had the Peppered Tuna for an appetizer, and it was very good. I had broiled sea scallops with a baked potato as well as yellow and green squash. I'm not really a veggie person, but they were cooked to perfection with a hint of seasoning, really good! The scallops were fantastic. Tender and cooked perfectly. Best I've had in a very long time. My boyfriend had the stuffed flounder with jasmine rice and fresh sauteed spinach. He thought his meal was equally delicious. Our server "T" was amazing, so attentive and super friendly. She is definitely an asset to this restaurant. Lastly, the ladies' room was spotless. By the time we were done, it was pretty packed. We will recommend and be back!

My wife and I stopped here after a trip out to the farm stands. We were greeted by all members of staff as we entered and were seated outside. Our server, although I forgot her name was excellent and extremely friendly. We got our food and it was really good. Overall we had a great experience here.

Fantastic tall young lady served us. She was the highlight of the evening.

Seafood bisque was very good, but the rest of the Food was too greasy and kinda bland.
Calamari overcooked.

The seafood ? was delicious! It's been quite a while since I've been back to Long Island, but the seafood is always fresh and Buoy One, didn't let us down! If possible add a bit of wine to the bisque? It's missing a little flavor, but other than that, fantastic! Thanks Buoy One for a wonderful evening ?
