Charleys Cheesesteaks

I ordered a small chicken California and I had 5 ubereats cancel on me because a man working in the restaurant kept denying t the order I was supposed to get and I was really hungry so I'm really upset I didn't get my food

Waiting to be attended . No one came out . I waited like 10 minutes .

It was horrible it all fell apart and was hard to eat and they shouldn't cut it they should leave it as one long burger or whatever it is. Overall not good at all. Will never go back. Extremely

Very rich.

This is in a food court so the atmosphere is a little loud. The service is great very quick from order to pickup. The steak sandwich is absolutely delicious.

The cheesesteak was made fresh to order delicious and the fries were very good

Will never get near this place if you want a cold ( very) French fries sandwich with no meat and by the way I have to remind them my lemonade I paid for, just forget about this place

Nasty place everting is bad

Hours say 7pm online, Tried to order food in person at 6:15 and we’re told they were closed. I asked about the hours they said they were really closed at 630, then I pointed out it wasn’t 630 and they said just didn’t want to cook more since they started cleaning. Won’t try here again.

Their cheesesteaks are very good BUT… If I personally am not there to order, my order is always wrong. My Mom recently had surgery so she cannot be left alone. I ordered 2 times via Grubhub. Both times order was incorrect. Receipt has the correct order however the order I receive is never correct. When I order in person it’s always wrong too, but I can correct it. Not worth the $25 for a combo that I can’t eat due to dietary issues.

The guy got literally everything wrong. It was missing a sandwich and the sandwiches we did get were all wrong too. The food is usually good but the guy taking the orders had no clue what he's doing.
