I visit this place quite a bit! This is the best place to grab a bite. I visit this spot regularly. The cooking is excellent, the staff is friendly and the payment is fair. I like going in this spot for a rich supper.

CHI office administrator managerdear Chi Memorialthis office has failed to do its job first visit to see a acupuncture specialist I went to the restroom and left my daughter in the lobby the acupuncturist took my daughter to a private room and began the procedure even though I had asked to talk about it first when I went to the front desk it said I want to see my daughter they refused and said it's too late they've already started sorry you cannot go back there (she's is a minor) and they refused to let me see her then after the service was performed asked me to sign the consent papers for the procedures they had already done all of this treatment was pre-approved through TennCare I checked over the phone first yet the office administration and the third-party billing are unable to figure out that all acupuncture in network and out of network are paid in full by insurance. I verified it more than three times. yet they have billed me for three different visits and the office manager will not return my calls or my wife's calls there are so many things wrong it's disappointing and unprofessional and some of it is absolutely illegal.
