Their winery is absolutely gorgeous but I didn't like their wine tastings for the price. You can go down the road and pay for cheaper wine tastings and expect better quality of wine. Most of their wines tasted unoriginal except for their 2019 Cabernet Franc. That wine is good but I would only pay for a glass if my friends wanted to visit. Still if you haven't been there I would recommend trying it out for the atmosphere and the Instagram pictures.

Hailey and Matt were awesome! And we completely forgot our game (rummikub) at home but Hailey went out of her way and searched their closet and they happened to have it. The food was out of this world! It was so nice to find a vineyard that had REAL food and not just packaged. My only complaint (and why I didn't give 5 stars) is because it was absolutely freezing inside and the seating was extremely uncomfortable. But the food, the drinks and the service was on point!! We do, however, recommend adding stout beer and also some vegan options.

We went for the first time this past weekend.Staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was so relaxing with live music. The wine and spritzers were delicious! And they also have beer on tap (husbands enjoyed). We cannot wait to come back in the spring.Definitely one of my top 5 wineries

Found this hidden gem. We visited in January, so we stayed inside. Low production vineyard. The Cab Fanc was delicious! The Chardonnay was also a nice surprise. Matt was a great host with an excellent taste in background music. Can't wait to visit when the weather is warmer.

What a place, hidden away in James port. One of the best we've been to. You have to check them out. Staff is amazing, setting is amazing. The wine was delicious! A gem hidden for sure.

Living on Long Island we are fortunate to have wineries all over. I have been to 20 different ones so far and I finally found one that stands out. Terra Vite is amazing. It will be my destination from now on. The tasting room reminded me more of my house than a winery. This may sound odd, but I am not a huge wine fan. Most wines are just too dry for me. What stood out at this winery is that in addition to wine they had beer and some amazing cocktails. If you go, you have to have the apple cider one. They have many food choices. My first time I decided to go simple. The cheese board blew me away. Most wineries put a few pieces of cheese and a pile of crackers. This was an amazing board with different tastes and textures. I can't wait to go back

Fell in love with this place & joined their WC membership recently (9/23) and already we were invited to a fabulous complimentary wine pick up party yesterday that was such a treat! Food was ridiculous, live music and free tastings of a new sparkling. As members we now get 2 free glasses every visit! We picked up our first of 3 wines from their quarterly shipments and couldn't be happier with their terms. Place is very beautiful and the food menu (ie paninis and cheese boards) are outstanding. My husband loves the limoncellos & beer too and I like the aperol spritzers when its warm. So many choices!!! Reserve on wknds..

Called ahead to make sure the live music was on for the day . Drove 35 miles to watch Rob Europe play and have a glass of wine . My wife and I were rudely told we had to have a reservation for an outside table and that they couldn’t have people just wandering around without a table to go to. I was not told any of this when I called ahead . We drove over 1 1/2 hours combined . Will never return !! Also when I explained we drove almost an hour to see the musician and have a glass of wine I was told I could make a reservation for 4:45 when the musician was ending at 4! Imho ignorant and arrogant is a poor way to act to customers. Otherwise the view of the vineyard seemed pleasant enough on our way back to our car .

Amazing food menu, especially considering they are a vineyard! Highly recommend the Caprese panini paired with their Syrah! Also, try their seasonal spritz cocktails! Made with Montauk Distillery spirits and their wine!

Had an incredible time celebrating my birthday early here today! The white merlot totally shocked me! It was bright and fruity and really lovely. The ricotta and pesto bowl was divine, and I could have eaten four of those figgy paninis. The charcuterie board was well balanced and my friends and I enjoyed everything presented! The inside was beautiful with comfortable seating and it felt rustic but modern and contemporary. Our service was fantastic and speedy!

AMAZING SERVICE! So friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable on their wine and their neighborhood! The staff basically helped us plan the rest of our weekend on the North Fork!We can’t thank you all enough for an incredible afternoon yesterday! You’ve made 4 lifelong fans! We’re definitely going to be back soon!

Very unfriendly atmosphere. We came with 8 people the place was empty by the way and refused to sit us. Our party was not rowdy ( we are in our 50s)

Such a nice experience, will definitely come back! I wish the previous winery reviews weren't on Yelp because this is a totally different business. My husband, son and myself enjoyed a beautiful day at Terra Vite. The staff was super friendly, we never had to wait long for anything. Beautiful ambiance, kid friendly & a mom & pop feel. Only thing I would suggest is offering tap water instead of having to pay for bottled. I thought that was a rule in NYS but I could definitely be wrong! Usually when people are consuming alcohol they want a good amount of water. I also thought there could be bigger portions for the price. however, I know they are a small business so understand they may have to charge more for food, especially if it is from a vendor. Overall, would definitely recommend! We will be back and suggest this place to others!

What a special little place! One of the only vineyards that serves a more substantial lunch other than bread and cheese. They also have some signature drinks other than wine. The pours were generous and the service was excellent. They even had music and a perfect vineyard view. Will definitely return. Add this little gem to your list.

My friends and I have visited dozens of wineries in the North Fork, and this is one of my favorites! The atmosphere is absolutely lovely - gorgeous indoor space and nice outdoor space with some fun yard games. We went on a Friday night, and there were only a few other people there. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The wines and cocktails were also delicious! Highly recommend their take on an Aperol Spritz as well as their Diliberto Chardonnay.
