Service used to be good. But lately it's been super slow. Have to wait like 5 minutes before anyone comes to take my order at the to-go booth. Then usually have to wait longer then it should to get my order. Like today I placed an order and by the time the gave me my order the ice cream was all melted along with the whipped cream. It's like they forgot to finish the order before moving on. Cuz I was waiting like 20 minutes.
I haven’t been to Friendly’s in so long. I ordered the Reese’s pieces sundae and it was just as I remembered it. It was awesome! I ordered it and by the time I got there, it was waiting for me.
