The waiter was so rude, then she said I’m the owner. Like I don’t care who is the owner. I come here to eat and pay for it. If you don’t have an attitude to service should serve even if is your place. We wait around 40 minutes for our food. The ramen was awful. I won’t go back

It’s so refreshing to finally have a great restaurant such as Haiku Sushi come to Riverhead!! The food is always fresh, delicious and clean. The service is the best. Don’t walk…Run to Haiku! For an excellent meal.
Ordered through Grubhub. Original delivery time was 8:05 and was pushed back to 9:30 when I called and tried to cancel but the restaurant was rude to me and refused to help. The driver also was no help. Grubhub finally assisted in cancelling the order after a number of attempts. An utter customer service failure all around.

I went there today for lunch and was so disappointed. The waitress was rude and unprofessional. She put my salad on the table by holding the bowl over the top. The palm of her hand was touching the dressing! When she brought over our lunches she rudely said “move your fork” she didn’t check on us to see if there was anything else we needed and I had to flag her down to get another soda which she brought over in a can and slammed it on the table. The rolls didn’t look fresh and we didn’t finish our lunch. I’ve been here several times before and the food was fine but the whole experience this time was terrible.
