Ken and his wife are the family owners of Haiku. Sometimes their son is the busboy. We dine there frequently because they have the best menu, with the freshest ingredients. Been eating Japanese food for 65 years everywhere, NYC, Cal., New Jersey, Chicago, Colorado, etc. Their fish is ALWAYS fresh! The rolls are amazing! Not the most enticing dining room, not super fast service. But we come to enjoy a comfortable environment in a casual manner. Can't eat atmosphere or shove food down as fast as possible. Haiku is my go to place for sushi. I have tried several different rolls, and all are so great, but the Autumn roll is my personal favorite. When you walk in it feels warm and inviting. The owners seem very friendly, and the service is great, I highly recommend this restaurant!

We had such an amazing experience while dining here. My girls were craving sushi after a long drive and this hit the spot. They were very accomodating and everything tasted fresh and delicious. My favorite was the Angel roll, it was so good. Will definitely be coming back.

Hands down best bento boxes and Chinese food on the east end. I live in east hampton and I hate to mention names of restaurants out there but nothing compares to this place.. my wife and i have literally tried everywhere out in the hamptons...but haiku, I ordered general tsos chicken the first time and was impressed by how much fresh vegetables they put in the dish...chicken is fresh. Sauces on point, and prices are amazing..this place is a must try for everyone.

The waiter was so rude, then she said I’m the owner. Like I don’t care who is the owner. I come here to eat and pay for it. If you don’t have an attitude to service should serve even if is your place. We wait around 40 minutes for our food. The ramen was awful. I won’t go back
