It’s so refreshing to finally have a great restaurant such as Haiku Sushi come to Riverhead!! The food is always fresh, delicious and clean. The service is the best. Don’t walk…Run to Haiku! For an excellent meal.

Ordered through Grubhub. Original delivery time was 8:05 and was pushed back to 9:30 when I called and tried to cancel but the restaurant was rude to me and refused to help. The driver also was no help. Grubhub finally assisted in cancelling the order after a number of attempts. An utter customer service failure all around.

I went there today for lunch and was so disappointed. The waitress was rude and unprofessional. She put my salad on the table by holding the bowl over the top. The palm of her hand was touching the dressing! When she brought over our lunches she rudely said “move your fork” she didn’t check on us to see if there was anything else we needed and I had to flag her down to get another soda which she brought over in a can and slammed it on the table. The rolls didn’t look fresh and we didn’t finish our lunch. I’ve been here several times before and the food was fine but the whole experience this time was terrible.

Everything was absolutely delicious. We had the Mango Tuna and the pork dumpling appetizers. Both very good with the tuna being incredible. We also had a could have rolls which were great and the Autumn Specialty roll which was fantastic.
Parking: Plenty of parking in the rear parking lot or across the street by the river.
Was slightly thrown off as many years ago this location was a coffee lounge type place. Once I got past that, the restaurant is quaint, friendly and the food is absolutely delicious! Sushi (and we went on a Monday) was fresh, amazing even. I had the mangolion beef snd wifey had the seared ramen. Both tasty but the ramen broth was out of this world. We will absolutely be back and more than once. The menu is a good size with plenty of options. You won’t be disappointed.

BEST IN TOWN !!! Highly recommend Kani salad , Panko roll and queens roll. Simply delicious 😋
We stood at the entrance for a long time only to be ignored by the waitress / owner. She was too busy yaking it up with some customers to seat us. After waiting and waiting we left. Also the front of the restaurant looks very disheveled and sloppy and gave the restaurant a dirty feel. The food is usually good here but the service has gone way downhill.

The owner was so nice, I decided to dine in and take her recommendation for the autumn roll w/ a jalapeño sauce, which was not too spicy. It was so delicious. I would definitely come back here.

Great atmosphere small restaurant located in Riverhead near Atlantis aquarium. This place caught my eye and we wanted Sushi and have tried many other Sushi restaurants. Small place, but plenty of space. The bacon wrapped shrimp are Highly recommended. I also had the Mongolian Beef and Broccoli which was excellent and the Edamame was fresh and hot. The waitress was super friendly and helpful. The Sashimi portions were large cuts if you like sushi. Overall Great Experience.
