I went on a Saturday at 2 pm.. this is a dive bar with no restaurant customer service.. the place was filthy.. they prices they charged me where completely different from the ones posted on the menu… the place is a nightmare.. 💯

I came in for dinner during the "Alive on 25" street event, so it was a busy night. I was I a party of two. We were sat right away. And my partner got a beer immediately. I ordered a mixed drink and we had to ask about it multiple before I got it 40 minutes later.
We watched the staff arguing with each other for the majority of the time we sat in the restaurant.
We sat in the restaurant for two hours. The disorganization was impressive. Food went to the wrong tables constantly. We never got any food. After two hours we just asked for the check. The kitchen had never started our food order.

Waited for 2 hours and never got our food as it kept being brought to other tables. We got cold appetizers about an hour and a half in and no napkins or silverware. No sense of management. Never coming back.

Looks lovely from the outside. Inside not so much. The small basket of chips were nice but didn't last the 30 mins for the food. When it finally arrived one dish was sent back because it was inedible. The other dish was bland, we took it home to add flavor. What a sad experience indeed.
Horrible service, a certain Olga the worst thing about the restaurant instead of treating customers well the only thing is that they don't come back again, owners of the business look at who they have as employees, we ordered the churraspo chapin the meat felt in bad condition, the Beef soup, very greasy, and the vegetables were raw, the birria tacos, different meat than the real birria ones, we left almost all the food. Leave it as a better bar, but remove that old Olga from the bar, she can't make drinks.

This place was perfect end to our visit to Bath. We were a party of 4 with very varied tastes- so we each picked 2 tapas- with no repeats- so good that we added 4 more, including dessert ( chocolate truffles and mojito sorbet were incredible combination).
Vegetarian options: Many tapas options without meat.
