I really enjoy coming to this place. I’ve never encountered any issues during my visits. The staff has always been kind, and I’ve never experienced any rudeness. Of course, there are cultural differences that people should be more mindful of — sometimes what might be perceived as abruptness is simply a difference in communication style. In my experience, being friendly and taking a moment to ask how someone's day is going goes a long way in building a positive interaction....
Lobster Wok has the best Chinese food on the East End! I have lived most of my life in Manhattan and eaten at many Chinese restaurants in the city. Lobster Wok could hold its own there. Like all of the best real Chinese restaurants in China Town the decor is utilitarian but the food is delicious and plentiful. It is family owned and the staff are friendly. Highly recommended.
