I had an amazing experience at this Greek restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious authentic flavors, generous portions, and everything tasted so fresh. The service was impeccable, with a super friendly and attentive staff from start to finish. The place is also spotlessly clean and very welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the best Greek restaurants I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend! 🇬🇷✨

Hidden gem!!!! Found Pete’s Tavern by accident and was so happy we did. The food was so fresh and delicious!! The wings were so good we ordered some to take home. We will definitely be back. Thanks to Andrew and his amazing staff for a great lunch and hospitality.

Overall we had a very nice dinner here with the kids. Food was excellent. Branzino was perfect, the beet salad was great and the kids food was fully eaten (good sign!). It was a busy Saturday evening and it seemed they were a little lightly staffed, so timing could have been better, but the quality of the food ended up being worth the short wait.

We had dinner here tonight, 10/1025. It was wonderful. It's a hidden gem in Riverhead. Delicious food with a greek flair. I highly recommend it. We enjoyed the entire experience. Great food, service and atmosphere.

We had a wonderful experience at Pete’s Taverna Restaurant and Bar in Riverhead! From the start, we were warmly welcomed by Andreas, who not only greeted us kindly but also shared some great local tips about the neighborhood. The highlight of our evening, however, was the outstanding service from Autumn. With her beautiful smile, she was attentive, quick, super friendly, and truly professional all night long.
The food was delicious with generous portions, but it was Autumn’s exceptional service that really made the evening memorable. When you visit this lovely restaurant, I highly recommend asking for her, you’ll be in for a five-star experience!

GREAT food...friendly and inviting... ALL FIVE STARS from me!

This was our second time at Pete’s Taverna. What a surprising experience both times. We ate outside with great weather. Service is relaxed but attentive. We tried to order different items each time but had to order the wings both times. Other reviews mentioned it being expensive but I think it is in line with other upscale places we eat at. Their dishes are seasoned well and very flavorful. Their side dishes are large enough to be shared. The lamb stew was huge and satisfying! You wont be disappointed
