It doesn’t matter if you order a plain cheese pie or one of Brick Oven’s Specialty pies or one with all your favorite toppings, Brick Oven Pizza is the real deal Long Island Pizza. The crust is perfect, sauce is great (just the right amount). All the toppings are legit. I always get cheese pie with extra cheese and it’s as good if not better than any pizza I have ever had. Please Brick Oven don’t ever change.

We ordered a pizza and a lasagna. Both were very good. We asked for extra sauce on the pizza because sauce is everything in pizza. They put a lot on and it was too much but that was our fault. We ordered delivery. It was weird the driver said she called me a bunch but I never got a call. She said she didn’t want to leave it in the Lobby. Thankfully, I wasn’t doing anything so I just went down and ran into her. I think it was a $40 minimum which wasn’t a problem. We had lasagna, pizza and cookies. Cookies(Choc Chip) were okay at best. When we went exploring the Hamptons we would pass it and it looked like a nice place to eat with the family. They have a big outside area and I think they allow dogs as well.

60 years ago the pizza center of Eastern Loong Island was Riverhead, Doc's Tavern or Silverbrook Inn.. Then the Italian pies took off, and today every strip of stores has a pizza joint in the middle of it. There are t present lots of options for pizza in Riverhead, but consistantly the top of my list is Road House Brickoven Pizza on West Main Street. It's an actual (casual) sit-down restaurant serving zesty pies with sizzling, bubbling sauce and cheese, with numerous topping options, including meats, poultry and vegetable. There's also a tradition Italian restaurant menu available, but my wife and I go there for the pizza. When it's my choice, I prefer the pepperoni and meatball, while she likes the Chicken, Cheddar, Bacon Ranch edition. No matter... it's all great!

Made the mistake of ordering takeout here during the Covid situation. My wife went to pickup and much to her chagrin; they did not do curbside pickup as other similar places are doing now. She had to enter the place and once inside found none of the staff wearing masks. They got 2 wrong out of the 5 items we ordered for dinner. My dish seemed like the chef dropped the salt shaker into it. We would not have been given even a piece of bread had not she asked for it. When my wife spoke to the owner the next day, he callously explained " stuff happens". In an attempt to make good on the 2 items, they gave us 2 dishes that seemed to be intentionally prepared to be inedible. Live and learn the hard way, quite disappointing

A few of us wnet and shared a couple of pizzas, taste was awesome. Lots of topping and crispy on the bottom, just waht a pizza sould be. They have lots of choices of pizza by the slice too. there were other Italian offerings inthe case but I never got to try them. Host was very friendly and accomodating. Dro in for a slice or more.

This place is a gem. The pizza is really good as well as the dinners. Another plus is the outside seating along the Peconic River. Try to not go during the rush hour because it can get awfully busy.

We paddled in and stopped for lunch at the road house. The grounds are beautiful and the food was great. We were tired and ready for a nice meal which we got. I ordered baked clams and the clams casino pizza slice. Everyone enjoyed their lunch

We came to this place just to buy two slices for our kids. After trying it, we were back to try more flavor. Everything was so good. The workers very friendly. Thank you guys !!!!!
Stopped by on our way to the North Fork. What a surprise! Great pizza, salads and a small selection of Italian ices from the Lemon Ice King of Corona. Outdoor riverfront seating as well a small number of indoor seating. Order at the counter and they bring the order to your seat. Servers were very pleasant and friendly! Will definitely return again!

Love this place. Besides the great selection of pizza, the place is cute and provides both indoor and outdoor seating. Whenever we shop at the outlets we make a point to travel to the road house for some pizza. They have salads and dinners but right now, they had us at "pizza"
