Went for a late lunch with friends. Server was asking us for drink orders before we were even seated. She stood near the table and stared at us as we looked through the menu. Told her we needed another minute. She came back about 45 seconds later and rushed us to order when not everyone was ready yet. Food was good but feeling so rushed to order was off putting.

I would rate 0. I went with my older father. 1. Once we sat down, the waitress insisted we get beer. We were very clear that we wanted cokes. She kept insisting that we get beer or wine. We don’t drink. Then when we literally finished eating, she rushed us to pay and leave. I was so upset at the service and atmosphere that I decided not to leave a tip. As I was walking out, the waitress insisted that I forgot the tip so I explained to her that I was not leaving a tip after the way we were treated. Honestly very appalled and disappointed with the service.

Love this place, great food, great atmosphere, and great time! They accommodate vegetarians and children and have many options. More saki more happy! And make sure to try the yumyum sauce I usually get double instead of the ginger sauce when sitting for Hibachi.

Service was HORRIBLE! Our waitress barely spoke to us. While taking our order didn’t even bother asking how we wanted our filet mignon cooked. Brought both appetizers and main course at same time. I had to ask for water, soy sauce cups, takeout boxes, etc... It was like she was a robot and didn't really humanize while she was waiting on us. For what you pay for good hibachi dinner and a good meal there, it seems like they could have better service and accommodations.Never again.
Food was just okay...I got the salmon terriyaki and wasn't really wowed by it. The drink menu is kind of small. The servers are quick and attentive. Overall vibe of the restaurant is calm and peaceful. The fried green tea ice cream is absolutely unreal!
