Signature Bagels Deli & Catering

Walking into Signature bagels I was pleasantly surprised how nice and clean the inside of the store is. Kimberly is extremely helpful, and my order is always on point. The bagels are always fresh, and absolutely delish. The breakfast is made to order so I never recieve soggy french toast. The egg sandwiches are great, as well as the selection on lunch sandwiches. I am definitely a satisfied customer.

Waited quite a while for a bagel, quite a popular place. Homeless guy came in and bothered everyone but they kicked him out. Bagel was solid and tasty.

Needs a good cleaning. Ordered a 3 egg, cheese and turkey on an everything bagel toasted with salt, pepper and ketchup. Eggs were so overcook they had the crispies all over it. Yolk was completely solid and dried out. Turkey was so dry and had a funny salty taste. To top it off it was dumped in a tray with oily potatoes and onion. I order the egg sandwich and coffee and it was $11!?! The quality was really bad. I wish I didn’t get it to go or I would have given it back to them. They should disclose the sandwich is going to be dumped in a container of oil. Seems pretty busy but no quality and def not a great taste. I wish I went to Burger King and got a whopper. Clerk didn’t say thank you, have a nice day… nothing. Just waved at me and handed me the bag. Not coming back. They truly owe me $11 for wasting my time. Oh yeah and little hairs in the sandwich and threw out the container. Food inspector is necessary.

I used to LOVE! signature bagel I swore by it! But since the change in ownership everything has fallen off. Customer service does not exist. There is a man with dark hair that is SOOOO RUDE!! I’ve tried to come back a few times and each time he’s STILL RUDE! and the food UGH! I used to love the home fries now they are just cooked potatoes.. no crunch no flavor no love. The bread is ALWAYS STALE no matter the time of day. Trying to call in your order is a joke! You’re on hold for 15-25 minutes so it’s pointless to even call because you get there before they take you off hold, and the women that gets on the phone you have a 50/50 chance she’s going to be so un-interested in her job that she will sound miserable and irritated that you even called and STILL get your order WRONG. I’ve tried to give the new owner a chance because this was literally my favorite breakfast/lunch place I told so many people about it and I know it takes time to get used to the business and get into the swing of things but I give up! I am so disappointed! If I was the new owner I’d definitely take a hard look at the people you’ve hired to represent you.

We used to come here a lot and I think they got taken over by new owners. No more fresh potato chips, no more pickles with sandwiches and the quality of the food and service has gone down. I hope this is just a learning curve for the new owners but I’m really sad to see this place start to go downhill.

I have been going to Signature Bagels for years. The food is good and the service had been friendly up until today. My husband went to Signature to pick up breakfast and was asked to leave because he brought our service dog. When my husband explained she was a service dog. The managerJazz told my husband regardless that it did not matter. It is completely illegal to turn someone away with a service dog and my husband was embarrassed. I for one and my husband and his business will never go there again. I am going to report them.

A 'classic' New York deli experience. Fantastic bagels and spreads. Great sandwiches with tasty sides. Fast friendly service. So good I went twice in one day (in town for a family wedding)! Highly recommend. So so yummy! :-)

I have lived in Riverhead for about a year and this place has been a comfort spot for me. I always get a bacon, egg and cheese and here it is hands down the best! The people who work behind the counter are so kind and helpful and I never fail to leave with a smile. Kimberly helped me several times and she is exceptional! 10/10 I recommend if you would love a delicious meal and great service.

They don't ask if you want the bagels or bialy toasted, so very very disappointed!!!! Also, their orders are not accurate. There is a substantial deficiency!
